overall I had a good experience with AEL AC & Heating Repair last year. They were busy but they managed to squeeze me in. The only thing was the technician didn't have the right thermal stat so he replaced a wrong one. The heater was on almost all night and I had to lower the starting temperature to 62. I called them the next day and they sent another technician to my house to replaced it with the correct one. After that, everything went well. Both technicians and ladies answered the phone were very friendly. I am sure I will call them again if I need another repair

Joe was fantastic. Really knowledgeable and friendly and fixed our problem. The repair price seemed fair and was done quickly. He also went above and beyond to help check some other plumbing issues around our house and discovered that we have water pressure issues, potentially saving us from huge issues down the road. If he hadn't offered to check the pressure before he left we wouldn't have known. Very thankful for his genuine care for a job well done.

I had all duct work replaced. They were on time, and had the work done earlier than expected. I really liked how they protected my floors and they vacuumed every room after the work was done. The guys were friendly and professional. I definitely recommend them.

John is honest and knowledgeable. He took his time to service our A/C and explained the process as he serviced our unit.
