I have used AEB Air & Heat at two different houses, and on both occasions communication, scheduling, promptness, professionalism, and quality of service were displayed. As a bonus, both of my repairs were at a great price, and I was not over sold on items or service I did not need. I would highly recommend this company and Edward Brown.
I went online searching for air conditioning companies to repair/service my unit. I completed a questionnaire with Home Advisor concerning the service I needed. After completing the questionnaire, I received a call from AEB Air & Heat in less than an hour. It was Jenny calling to setup an appointment ASAP. I was extremely impressed with the technician (Mr. Brown). - he was on time, knowledgeable, professional, answered all of my questions and provided me tips on maintaining my unit. I will be using them again in the future because the do quality work at affordable rates!
My air conditioner went out on a very, very hot day. I went to Home Advisor and called several companies and no one was available. When I called AEB, I was told someone would be here within 45 minutes. The assessment was knowledgeable, prompt and efficient and I am very satisfied with the service. Highly recommended.

It is good to know that I can share my experience with AEB AIR & HEAT fka Brown Bear Heating and Air for all to see. I have been a customer of theirs for over 10 years and have gotten nothing but great service and affordable cost. As we all know, A/C servicing needs causes us to tremble due to knowledge and cost. Well, not only do they provide wonderfu, knowledgeable and quick service; they don't leave you cripple financially. They come ready to tell you up front what is wrong and don't play guessing games. Before I came across this company, I had used others that did not know what they were talking about, talking way over my head, using language that was greek to me, knowing that as a seasoned soul, I needed comfort at any cost, they thought. But, since I have been with AEB Air and Heat fka Brown Bear; I have been so pleased. The joy of knowing that they remember me no matter how long it's been since I last called. Look! if you want the best, avoid the rest and go with AEB Air and Heat. I would recommend them to anyone, knowing that I am not sending them to crooks that would lie, steal and kill.
