I called Ed in January 2019 to come look at my upstairs heat pump which was not operating properly which he supposedly fixed. I also had him install an electric heat pump in my house in Feb 2019. Immediately I noticed the downstairs was running all the time and sometimes blew cold and sometimes hot. I called him back out three times and twice he said it was that I had a 3 stage heat pump and they ran all the time and it was working fine. The third time he said it was the Honeywell thermostat had malfunctioned and he replaced it and said it was working fine then. I called a Honeywell tech after he left and they asked me to look at the thermostat wiring. I did and they said it was wired wrong. I told Ed and he said he’d come look, but never did. Then when it was time to turn on the AC, both upstairs and downstairs blew HOT on AC! I woke up to 98 degrees downstairs and 89 upstairs! Now for over a month, he won’t take my calls or return my texts. I even told him I got two electric bills AFTER he installed the new unit, and supposedly fixed the upstairs, one for Almost $600 and one for over $600! Finally after no response, I called Hiller Heat & Air and they found both upstairs and downstairs thermostats were wired wrong. Upstairs was wired that when on AC, it ran AC & auxiliary heat at the same time and downstairs was running heat while set to cool. I have texted him this information and called and left voicemails and he still is ignoring me. At one point I reached him and asked him to come back to fix what he installed that after 3 months still never worked right and had to remind him that he gave me a 10 year parts and labor warranty. He said, “ things happen. What if I went bankrupt?” He then said he’d see if he could get a friend who helped him out to come look, but he never did and now is ignoring my texts and calls.
Amazing service he was always on time. He is extremely quick and efficient with his work. Also when he was done he disposed of all waste and hard material taking it with him. (Very clean work) . All in all the service I received was amazing!
