After about half a dozen trips to my house to try and fix the problems caused by installing the wrong furnace, they have refused to respond or work with me to fix it. The ruined existing vents, added new in terrible spots without permission, put holes in my exterior wall without permission and began cutting wires to compensate for it being the wrong furnace (I now have hanging capped wires. Lovely). I have tried to work with them to get this resolved, and they won't even respond. I have tried asking questions on my warranty due to it being wrong, not sized or installed correctly and the many alterations done. Nothing. Worse yet, they billed me for their original attempts to fix the issue. If you're not willing to make a wrong right, don't go into business.

This company failed to check that their “fix” had actually worked not once but twice! I had a leak on the sewer stack between the 1st and 2nd floors. They came and replaced several feet of cast iron pipe stopping about 2 feet short of the actual leak. When called back because the same problem persisted they insisted it could be a bad wax seal on the toilet, even though they’d just checked around the plumbing and found it to be dry below the toilet. Now they are charging me for a second repair that I didn’t need. To make matters worse their solution to my original problem is now for me to pay them to replace the plumbing in the whole house! It’s incredible that they sent a bill yet had they just teated their work the first time they would’ve seen that the leak was still there. The second time they were here re-seating the toilet on the wax seal they didn’t even bother to reconnect the water supply. Obviously confirming that their work was good wasn’t any kind of priority.

Well it only took them a day or so after I called to get the new furnace I had to call a dozen times a week later for them to take the old furnace out and then they didn't get my rebate forms to me for the rebate now I dontget that

Very happy to have Advantage Air for my new furnace. From the start I was glad to hear how knowledgeable Tess the office manager was about HVAC.Tess scheduled Kelly to come out that day. Kelly was very complete in letting me know all my options and what they would provide for me. Kelly came again the next day and we had heat that afternoon. Follow up by Advantage Air has been a nice surprise. The best part was the price. Almost 1/3 less than other companies I considered. You need HVAC work ? Call them ! Don Jensen

I called Advantage Air on a Friday morning. I had been dealing with Comfort Systems for 3 weeks, trying to get my furnace damper repaired. Comfort Systems said my part was back ordered until March, and, oh well…Advantage Air was at my duplex by 9:30 and had the damper repaired by noon. My furnace now functioned properly and split the heat to the 2 apartments. I will definitely use Advantage Air in the future, and the price to fix my furnace problem was less than last month’s heating bill.

Water heater still broken! I called on Friday afternoon, Dec 2nd for a tech to come out, he did and let me know it couldn't be fixed until Monday.... I've since had a tech out five more times (Tuesday, Thursday X 2 and Friday x 2) and the tankless hot water heater has broken down again. I called today and was told that Advantage Air does not stand behind their repair work and that I should contact the manufacturer and/or installation company. I've paid out a lot of money and spent ten days essentially to back at square one. They didn't even offer to send a supervisor out to double check the work done. They also bled the gas line Friday afternoon and didn't tell us, causing us to notice a strong gas smell and call the gas company to come check for leaks. There was ZERO compassion from the person I spoke to on the phone today.

We wanted to install mini splits in our old house. We had several bids from other HVAC companies and Advantage was the most affordable, all of the bids included the same size/model equipment. Joe had some really great ideas on how to run/hide the many lines that other companies did not consider. This was a huge job, 5 heads and a 3.5 ton Condenser. The crew, Jesse and Bryce went right to work on the scheduled date and were great to work with, taking care to keeping me up to date on their progress and making sure the everything was installed properly and professionally, all the while keeping the work area clean. I would highly recommend Advantage Air.

Called them up and asked about installing the AC that came with my house. I have everything needed to install still in the boxes in my shed, told them that everything has been sitting in the shed for the last 14 years, The owner told me it would be $1,200 to install so I made the date to come and do it, The guys who put it in were nice and hard working. After a week or so I turned the unit on with the first heat wave and the house didn’t cool down, I called them on Monday and someone came by and charged me $300 to tell me it leaks. I pulled two fittings off the coil and in one the O-ring was cut up and mangled, I called the mfg and talked with them and others and they all said its an install issue that they did. So the O-ring got cut up when they installed the line set and its cause as the owner says “cause it’s old” . I have talked with the owner and he says the unit is old and nothing they can do but sell me a new unit. I asked if he could do anything on the price I paid for the unit to be installed and the answer was no. I asked why didn’t you tell me this when I first called you and told you how old the unit is and you just gave me the price like it was no big deal, NO answer! Wouldn’t want them working on your OLD furnace or AC if they can just say cause its old and walk away. If they would have told me in the begging that there is a possibility that something could leak I would have just got a new system then cause that is why I asked if sitting in a shed for that time period was an issue. Just $1,200 to install

Bryce did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the problem, and we were back to a comfortably heated house in no time! Thank you!

During frigid temperatures, one of my infloor heating pipes busted. When the temperatures came back up, I was out of town when my wife called to inform me of water is leaking. I called Advantage cooling and air and they sent a technician very promptly. He did “shut” the water going to that zone. I asked my wife if the technician had completed the work and explained anything to them and she said he was in a rush-was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Upon returning home the next evening, the water was dripping into my basement. I placed the buckets overnight and filled 10 gallons. A friend of mine recommended another plumber. He came by and found out that output valves were shut off but one return gate valve was not tightened completely and another one was not even shut. When those were tightened, the water completely stopped. As much as I appreciate advantage air saving gushing water from flooding my house, I wasn’t happy with incomplete work by the technician that I got charged $115 for.
