Advanced plumbing did a new heating system install. The previous plumber installed the entire system incorrectly causing a burst pipe and severe flooding of 80% of the building. Advanced plumbing saved me and put in the most beautiful new high efficiency boiler, new water heater and washer/dryer hookups. Everything is SO organized! They are super clean, FAST, responsive and who knew a boiler could look so beautiful! Well advanced plumbing can make that happen! Thank you for everything! I will never use a different plumber!
They did great work were on time and helped me out when I needed someone here quickly on a Friday for an emergency. Better yet I feel like I didn’t get taken for hundreds of extra dollars. I would recommend this company any day of the week. Thank you for your timely help and responsiveness, professionalism and quality work.
We had a pipe emergency due to the cold weather. Keith was able to come same day, repair the issue quickly, getting our water back on! Would recommend. Five stars! Will use them again in the future.
Called with a leak & was able to schedule a visit for next day-everything was explained to me and pricing prior to repairing. Plus then was educated about many ways to prevent issues with the crazy temperature we were expecting!
Keith fixed our frozen pipes! He also told us how to avoid this problem in the future. He also found our water shut off for us. We will use him from now on! Thanks Keith!
We noticed a leak over the weekend and immediately started calling plumbers Monday morning. Several people told us they were booked up, wouldn't deal with opening up drywall to investigate, or said they would charge exuberant fees to come out the same day. I came across Advanced Plumbing and saw the great reviews so I gave them a call. They were responsive, extremely friendly and came out to our house within a couple hours. Keith was very nice, quickly figured out the issue, and helped answer a lot of other questions we have had around the house as first-time home buyers. We will definitely be giving them a call again whenever we need any plumbing work done!
Needed a new water heater got a quote from a different company and had to shop around. Found Advanced Plumbing and got a detailed quote on all repairs needed and updates to have it up to code. They offer a financing option and everything was explained thoroughly by Keith. He arrived on time and finished everything in a timely manner with great workmanship and explained how all parts worked. He went above and beyond and was very knowledgeable. Also didn’t seem to mind that I was basically watching him do the entire process. (I know I don’t like being watched when i work) but he was clearly comfortable in every part of the process. Would definitely recommend!
The service was exceptional -- all was explained to us in a way we understood. The work required sheet rock removal and that was done with care and a perfect clean up afterwards. This was an emergency repair and the plumber arrived quickly and handled it perfectly. We highly recommend this plumbing company.

After dealing with other service companies who did not return phone calls or provide estimates when promised, it has been amazing to work with Advanced Plumbing. They return phone calls promptly, show up on-time and complete the job as promised. Advanced Plumbing met and exceeded our expectations. We can not be more satisfied with the quality of work and professionalism of Advanced Plumbing.
Update two years later: Advanced Plumbing just helped me convert from oil to propane and installed a new boiler. Everybody did a great job helping me understand details, build a system to help with poor hot water in the kitchen and both showers, gave me a few options to choose from, and even strategized with me when I had to scramble to find a propane company to get here on short notice. The entire staff is professional, Keith did a great job explaining the work once he was finished, and they even made my basement CLEANER than when they went in. Just a great company to work with. Called Advanced Plumbing with a bit of an emergency and after a really bad experience with another company just the day before. Keith was incredibly responsive, helped me with a detailed quote of the work, showed up early, and did an incredible job. There were some other problems with the system and they were explained to me in terms I could understand and he gave me options and spent plenty of time taking it all over with me. Cannot recommend this company enough!

This was the second time I've worked with Advanced Plumbing and once again I am satisfied with the entire process. Keith, April, and his apprentice Cody were pleasant and professional at every step along the way and did a great job explaining what they did and how they did it. I would (again) use them in the future.

Promptly received a notification that the technician Keith was on his way at 8am, and he showed up by 8:30am. Well within the original scheduled time. Keith was able to provide excellent service as well as answer any questions my wife or I had. The entire bathroom sink faucet and piping was replaced within an hour. Very professional work.
