Eric, Marc,Hans & Nicholas are angels on earth. Stellar work, professional and extremely caring. These traits do not exist with A/C companies. We were truly blessed to have found this outstanding Company. Thank you for all you've done!
I have been a customer for over 8 years and I cannot recommend Eric and his team enough! If I ever need my system serviced, they are always extremely accommodating and fast. This is the only choice for your A/C needs.
Great company, professional, courteous and personable. Great communication. I got a few estimates from different companies and chose Erik's not only for its lowest price but because they were straightforward, honest and I had full confidence they would perform. They did not disappoint! Erik, Hans and Nick arrived at the time scheduled , removed my OLD system (photo) and installed in an entire new (photo) system in a very short period of time. We had an appointment at 9:30am. At 10am we called to see where the technician is. We were told someone came and no one was home. We told the gentleman that we’ve been sitting in the car in the parking lot and no one came. He then told us we can find another company…so we did.
Advanced Cooling and Heating installed a new HVAC system (compressor and ahu) for my elderly parents. They were prompt, pleasant and professional and installed the system within a few hours to minimize discomfort and heat in their house. There were no major issues with the installation and they were responsive to minor issues that required attention. They are a small company but take pride in their work and ethic. They definitely earned their five stars !

Been calling for an estimate, the man would be nice enough to answer the phone and say that someone will contact you but no. His tactic to get you off the phone. Very unprofessional.
Service team was super accommodating to come out for a same day call for repair within our available time window, they were very punctual and professional. Pricing for service was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them for our regular maintenance or any needed repairs and would highly recommend Advanced Cooling and Heating.
Very disappointed with company and its customer service. Have been dealing with company for about two years. Installed a mini split unit that didn't efficiently cool my rental home. Had many service visits to troubleshoot issue without any resolution. Currently the motor on one of the unit makes a lot of noise. Been waiting for motor for "Five months" and owner constantly brushes me off stating that he is "working on it". At the end owner became very combative and told me to find another company since they fulfilled their service agreement. Now I am stuck with a $6k mini split that doesn't cool and makes noise. Overall not reliable, doesn't take responsibility and became very combative at the end.
I live in Canada and have properties in Florida. when ever my tenants have a problem a quick email and Advanced cooling to the rescue. That's why I am a repeat customer I would not dare even looking at another company. The guys are very professional, quick and clean, always make good on there commitments. They have treated me and my tenants like family since day one. If you think I'm over praising these guys you should here my tenants, the put them on a pedestal. Thanks again guy for another great job completed.

This is the second time we use Advanced Heating and Cooling. We are snow birds and about 4 years ago our friend went into our parents’ condo and the AC was not working. Erik was a pleasure to deal with. His team is very knowledgeable about the various condo communities in the area so when I contacted him he knew exactly what I was talking about and even asked if the unit was still in the ceiling as they had originally been installed. Managing a project when you can’t be on site is always a challenge but imagine doing it from Canada! Erik sent us a quote by email and called to make sure we understood exactly what was being done. Smooth transaction as they use online billing & payments. Recently the family upgraded to a bigger condo and following the purchase inspection I contacted Erik to fix the problems identified disconnected duct work, AC not cold and an original (can you say vintage? 🤣) hot water tank. After our friend turned the water on the kitchen sink & disposal started leaking. One call to Erik and he prioritized our project due to the new leaky sink. He called from the condo to tell us exactly what his team had found and offered to FaceTime so we could see what was going on. With covid we’re not sure when we’ll be able to enjoy our Florida home but we know it’s been fixed properly and will be perfect when we get there. Covid- Erik and his team follow all state precautions and even go beyond the current guidelines. Safety of his team and clients is a priority. We recommend Advanced Heating & Cooling to all our friends in Florida!

I had a new unit installed over a year ago. Eric took good care of us when he priced and installed the ac. His installer did an unbelievable job in the attic! Like a work of art... they removed old unit and when they left it was hard to tell they were even in my house. (except it was a lot cooler) Today I had Mark come by and service both units. He really knows his stuff. He was able to find a small issue in my older unit and get things cooler right away. I am glad I have found a company that I can trust. I don't write many reviews but felt like anyone who is in need of ac and is reading reviews, might find this helpful.
