Installed a $12,000 system. 16 months later blower motor goes out. Heating shuts down continuously and have to reset everything with breakers to get working. Been out several times but I guess this is beyond their expertise. Will not return calls. I suppose now I need to see my lawyer about legal options. Guess I'm looking for a new ac guy that will actually stand behind the products they sell. They seemed like nice guys and capable, it's just a shame they are not committed to their customers or the products they sell. If you need a new system, keep looking. a system and its warranty are only good as the people that stand behind it.
This company is very unprofessional. My grandfather loved them until this situation happened. We had a fan motor replaced a couple months ago and they put in a bad motor! It was good at first and then we started having system issues! We have called everyday for 2 weeks! 2 people came out the 2nd person that came out said he would be back the next day. No show! We have called multiple times in the past week and was told JASON would call back! No call!!! it’s the hottest week that we have had so far! My grandfather has been in the hospital because he was overheated! Even after we told them he was in the hospital they still have not returned our calls! Very unprofessional and do not recommend!!
Excellent service all around! They installed a new whole house HVAC system for us. Both the owner and staff have exceptional knowledge and superior skills. Ron and their associate installers were fantastic! Normally, a person can feel stress when work is being done in their home, but we just felt relieved during this big job knowing that quality equipment was being installed by quality-oriented people. We had a truly excellent experience with ACC. Friendly and professional, with very fair pricing. In fact even though the project ended up more complicated than originally estimated due to some original 80s ductwork and builder design that was no longer up to code, they never adjusted their first price quote which was very generous and considerate. They did a great job on this complex update and enclosure of our return air ducts which required some custom made ductwork and inserts and wood covers for the interior of our home and their work from start to finish was meticulous and showed their expertise and professionalism. Our air is a lot cleaner now thanks to their help and correct diagnosis of the issue. We will certainly rely on them for any future HVAC related work and highly recommend them! Update 2021- they've been by twice more since my first review, first to fix a fan in our central heating unit which saved us a lot since they took the time to determine it was still under warranty, and later to fix one of our central air conditioners. Both times the service was again both excellent and professional as well as friendly, and very good cost.
Look no further. These guys are incredible! I waited patiently for them to work me into their busy schedule. I have used them for some commercial work and knew how good they were. This was a full system replacement at my residence. I can't imagine the project going any better. Everything was well planned and executed to my absolute satisfaction. The install crew was Ron, Chad & Ethan. What a great group of guys to work with. Trust this review, you won't be disappointed in choosing this company.
If you need someone to work on your heating/cooling system or would just like an honest assessment, I recommend going with Advanced Climate Control. They came out to diagnose my inoperable air conditioning unit and were able to provide a replacement that fit my budget far better than other companies in the area. The installation was smooth and the workmanship was top-notch – you can tell these guys really know their stuff!

I had great service from Advanced Climate Control, my heat stopped working and they sent out some super nice technicians to fix it at a fair rate.
We just had duct work done by ACC yesterday. Larry was so informative and very helpful. He made us feel so comfortable and not locked into anything. He really wanted to help us diagnose the problem before we even had to commit to anything. Within just a couple of days we had an appointment and the projected was completed. They were so time efficient and helpful...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you ACC!!!
Very impressive. The whole experience from start to finish was top notch. I bought a house where the previous owner and other service company most likely knowingly concealed an issue with a bad evap coil. I finally opened the system myself and found a leaking evap coil that had been previously leak tested. To make matters worse, 4 additional runs were added to the undersized (2 ton) system for a large second story. I got 3 quotes to replace the entire system with one sized correctly. 1 from the offending ac company, one from a very large name in the area, and 1 from Advanced Climate Control. The very large name provided a quote that was in the stratosphere compared to the other 2. The quote from the offending ac company was less that Advanced, but trust and quality are important to me. I contacted Jason from Advanced Climate Control and he worked quickly to provide me 3 different options at 3 very fair prices. It was a no brainer to go with his proposal and Carrier equipment. Jason, Ron, and his crew were extremely professional and did a fantastic job getting our entire system (AC Compressor, Furnace, etc) replaced. They stuck to their quoted price and did an excellent job. They had to run the lineset outside along the house up into the attic, so they had to use a cover. They even offered to paint the white cover to match our house! One of the best experiences I have had with any service. You've got a repeat customer for sure Jason. Thanks for an excellent job! You and your crew are trustworthy, honest, hardworking, and professional.
Contractor was NOT friendly. He overcharged us and misdiagnosed the problem. Told us a part we needed- we ordered it- we waited without air for 5 days for it to come in. Once it did another company told us that was NOT the problem. Fixed it in 20 minutes. Didn’t need part. He quoted us $1400.00 to fix and it ended up costing only $350.00! Don’t use this company!!
Advanced Climate Control is the best HVAC company we have used. The staff are professional, well trained, honest and courteous. We have a pieced together HVAC system that ACC did not install but has repaired and maintained the system since we found them. These guys know what they are doing and will take great care of you. We highly recommend them.
