Very professional, competent, friendly and excellent quality! I've used Advanced Air Service Co. for AC system maintenance, AC repair, AC Install and the variety of multi-tasking jobs. All services are great! I always ask Dai if we are having any issues with Lennox system and confident that he will quickly identify the problem and provide us with a solution to minimize any outage. Dai is effectively utilizes his vast experience to resolve any issues quickly and he is proficient in engaging his customers to ensure they are completely informed and satisfied with total experience. Just recently Dai quickly confirmed the problem and got to work. He did an excellent job installing new AC unit working with the warranty department to solve the problem. It was stress-free and fantastic throughout the entire process. Thank you once again for being professional, efficient, very kind and always helpful! I’m very satisfied with the service provided and definitely will be using for future services that I may need, and would recommend Advanced Air Service Co. to everyone.
We had some AC issues, and Advanced Air Service Co. came out the same day as I called. They did a quick assessment, and did the repair the next day (had to get a part). I will definitely be using them again.
