Luis was the service technician that worked on my air conditioner and he did a great job. He was courteous, polite, and professional. Luis took the time to explain what was going on and what he did to fix it. I was very impressed by his customer service.

ADG Air has been out to my home on several occasions to deal with a finicky AC system. Luis and Erick, the two service techs that have been over to work on the system, are always courteous, polite, and professional. They take the time to explain what is going on and provide insight on next steps that need to be taken. Would highly recommend reaching out to ADG air for your heating and cooling needs in the valley!
Great company, solid service and follow up. Going strong the first year, but capacitor blew on me. They came out the next morning and replaced it no questions asked.
Hi I was referred to them by my home warranty on 6/16/22 and they came the same day. Everyone was nice and took the time to listen to my worries, even after I called back with more questions.

I was assigned ADG AIR by Old Republic Home Warranty on 4/21 by 4/25 I've yet to get an appointment scheduled because they only schedule after 3pm for the immediate next day. How can anyone manage an appointment for the next day with less than 24 hours notice and scheduling? When calling to attempt to schedule, they did offer me availability for same day due to a cancellation, but again, coordinating on such short notice isn't realistic. After reading other reviews, it became clear this would be a headache, especially if additional scheduling / follow up was needed to complete the repair so I cancelled and had Old Republic assign a new service provider. Based on other reviews, outside of the scheduling conflicts it seems they offer great service. While it may not serve them as well, I would imagine implementing a normal scheduling practice would provide a more customer centric approach, and as a result, increase business. No experience with their actual A/C service, but if scheduling and trying to get on the calendar indicates anything, you may be better of looking elsewhere.
ADG answer all the questions I threw at them and gave me full and honest answers... They also had incredible deals and came the day they said they would, and did an awesome job... Definitely recommend them!!!

ADG Air inc is the best! We were having problems with our AC unit and they got out to us the same day as they did not want us to be without an AC all weekend! They were able to fix the problem very quickly! Excellent customer service, on time, efficient and SUPER honest. I always feel like this company is doing stellar work and that they are looking to repair the problem and not "sell" you items. I have used them for over three years now for all my AC needs. In this day and age, it is truly hard to find companies that care more about their customers then their bottom line and ADG is one of those companies! I highly recommend them as you will not be disappointed.
ADG AIR was dispatched by my home warranty company. Although the initial communication was a little rough(I had to call them hours after they received it) the techs who came out were earlier than expected, clean, professional and did a great job explaining what they were doing and why. After having a bad experience with a previous service company thru the warranty it was a relief to have them fix it in one visit for the cost of the warranty service call especially since I had a broken drain running water down from the attic.
My experience with ADG was fantastic. Eric and Luis arrived early in the morning, called and texted prior to arriving. They were professional, diagnosed my problem, resolved my issue and my AC was up and running blowing cold air sooner than what we expected. They answered all of my questions and offered recommendations based upon my requests. I felt very comfortable with their responses and did not feel like I was being sold. I give them a big thumbs up and would recommended them for future services to family and friends.
I was referred to ADG thru my home warranty company. we have had a couple different companies out to resolve our HVAC issues. ADG technicians found the issue right away, explained what was going on. The office called to let me know about the part required and we would need a second appointment once the part was in-hand. They communicate well, punctual, responsive and knowledgeable. I appreciate the time from the technicians and their understanding of the issue and how to resolve. I will absolutely use ADG again and refer them to others needing service.
ADG is a small family-owned business. they're highly responsive and know what they're doing! I would use them again and recommend them to anyone.

These guys are professional, on time, and efficient in their work. My A/C was not getting cold enough and a friend of mine recommended their services. When I called, the lady that scheduled my appt was very nice and they were very flexible with my hectic schedule. When they came out, I was surprised at how fast and professional they were and my a/c is working properly now. I was very impressed. Thanks ADG air!
This company is absolutely terrible. I was referred to them by Old Republic Home Warranty and in proof they are clueless Old Rebublic just paid to have my system fixed after the warranty expired. DO NOT let these people in your house as it is a waste of time and could cost you money down the road. Had I not had proof they were incompetent I would have been out over $3000.

I'm so glad I got my AC fixed with ADG. The AC in the attic was vibrating which was causing the wood beams to vibrate the walls. I called ADG and Eric told me the blower wheel was faulty. Within a couple of hours he had the part and fixed the problem. Thank you Eric and ADG employees!
