I would give them 0 stars if I could. I was having problems with cloudy water and what sounded like air in the pipes. I called and a guy named Johnathan came out. Immediately he said that I needed a water purifier before he looked at anything. I explained what my problem was and he said he would go up under the house and check all the pipes. He said he took pictures and videos and would attach them in the email with the estimate to fix the problem. He said 80 to 90% of my pipes were bad and needed to be replaced. $25,194.00. I had 3 other companies come out and check the pipes. They all told me that none of my pipes needed to be replaced. The only problem was in two areas there was galvanized attached to copper and needed to be cut off and changed. That was it. Always get more than one estimate.
I was having a terrible day after noticing a leak in our bathroom tub and stressed about the cost due to being on a fixed income. I dialed the 800 number nervously and lone behold Erika answered the phone. I was practically crying and I think she sensed the dread in my voice because within minutes, she had me calm while offering me a solution to my problem. That solution was to schedule an appointment. And after minutes of talking to her, I was calmer. She was sweet, professional, a great listener to my awful jokes and we both were laughing by calls end. She is a treasure and Adeedo is a winner for having her! If she were my employee, I would give her a raise for a great employee like her is better than gold! Bravo, Adeedo! I hope your plumbers are as great as her because if they are, we are changing plumber services.

I'm so thankful I discovered Adeedo a couple years ago. Before that it was always crazy time every time I needed a plumber. Frantically scouring the internet for plumbing deals, coupons, "internet specials", etc. Now it's a simple process for me: One easy call to Adeedoo. Yesterday evening my 98 year old root-infested clay pipe main drain clogged again. I'm dreading the day when I'm gonnna have to spend a few thousand $$$ to replace the pipe. As usual Adeedoo quickly booked me an appt within 1 day. They sent out a couple of consumate pros to do the job. Ramon and Jonathan were amazing! I've seen other plumbing companies send out guys who speak no English whatsoever. Never the case with Adeedoo. Both of these guys are very skilled and efficient. They also made sure they communicated to me that there are a number of things they could discover that could turn this job into a costly venture (like a cracked or collapsed pipe). I've used Adeedoo a number of times and I have NEVER experienced any devious upsell tactics or anything of a dishonest nature. Today was another great experience for me that I was expecting the worst on and I really thank Ramon and Jonathan for bailing me out of my drain clog nightmare at a very reasonable price.

Got my furnace from Service Champions but you did the maintenance service. Your Technician Brian Jackson was very efficient, professional, responsive to questions and helpful in pointing out ways the furnace could be more effective and things that needed some attention to increase heat retention (e.g., attic insulation).
Brian Jackson performed the yearly tuneup on our furnaces. He was extremely professional and courteous and explained in understandable terms everything he was checking. Very satisfied with the service.
Cesar is an expert technician. Cesar quickly uninstalled the existing faucet to identify the problem, went to source the correct parts and faucets at the nearby Home Depot (as the shower set we bought would require significantly more plumbing), and then installed the new bathtub faucet and shower head in no time! My 95 grandmother had an issue with her toilet. These guys came out and gave her an estimate to fix for $7,100. When we told them that we would consider, but wanted another estimate, they said they could help with the price if we decided to use their service. I thought this was a red flag! We then got in contact with another service. When they came out, they laughed when we told them about this. The cost ended up being under $150 to repair and everything is fine now. I'm sure these guys are qualified to do these kind of repairs, but if you're an older adult, please be aware of this kind stuff. It's real!

Called Adeedo on a whim the other day and was so glad I did so! Cesar came to my property quickly after I put in the request and fixed the issues within 20 mins! He was kind, patient and thorough - answering any questions I had and walking me through the work he did so I was clear on the issues. We have used Adeedo many times. They are not cheap but they do good work. Today we had a great experience with Min. He came to the rescue to fix an issue with a new kitchen faucet install and while he was here he fixed the drip in the bathroom faucet as well!
I just can’t fathom how they have such poor communication skills with this company. I couldn’t get anybody to return my call, every time I called they said the plumber was on their way and it was a big waste of time. I’m gonna have to dispute the charge since they were literally here a week ago and didn’t fix anything properly. I tried to deal with the company directly so they could avoid the fees but what you don’t handle your business this is what happens PSI just tried to call ‘Erica’ as the number she provided and it’s not in service. Fishy bs just to mitigate their bad service? Pretending to care?
I wasted two days dealing with this Los Angeles plumbing service. You will never actually reach anybody in the office when you call, it’s all a service which then relays the messages to the office. They also have no way of calling anybody – – the service can only send messages to them. I called on Thursday 11/10 12pm because my main drain was backing up preventing my washer from draining. I had just had them out here on 11/2 to snake the same drain and there was no blockage they said. I waited the entire day having phoned them several times throughout the day always to be told someone would be on their way soon. No one ever reached back out to me I always have to initiate. Finally at 6 o’clock that evening I phoned and was so annoyed they put me on hold and finally a gentleman got on the phone who seemed to be one of the managers or owners. He started reading me all these things from the initial service which many weren’t accurate. I just told him I was waiting all day I needed somebody to come out immediately because I had wet clothes in the washer that I’ve been sitting there all day. After explaining all this to him he apologized, said I would be the first call on Friday morning and my service time was between 8 AM and 10 AM. It is now noon, I have called them four times already and I have never received a call back. This is truly an insane way to do business. If you don’t wanna service the account, that is fine just inform me please. I’ve already called another plumber. The same furious with this company doesn’t begin to cover it. It’s one thing to not fix an issue but another thing to ignore a customer who has done nothing wrong but try to get an answer to a timeframe on when they might expect a plumber so they’re not wasting two days just waiting, unable to reach anybody. Ps they just responded someone was here outside my door. But I was home the entire last two days and no one rang my bell or called me saying they were here. I call bs revisionist history cove
