Great team, knowledgeable, excellent follow through
My experience with Mitch and Adaptive Heating and Cooling was excellent. The communication was clear and scheduling was really easy. I knew when they were coming and what to expect when they got there. They worked quickly and left my house and yard really clean. The value was amazing, and they worked with EWEB to take advantage of the offers they have for installing ductless. When inspected, we found that Mitch not only installed it correctly, but he took the extra steps to make sure it was top notch work. I didn't have cooling, and primarily heated my house with the wood stove. Having the ductless made my summer so comfortable, and I'm looking forward to using my wood stove for fun, and being able to come home to a warm house without needing to chop wood! I can't recommend them enough!

This company was incredible! I called a different company to see what was wrong with my HVAC system, and they quoted me a repair of $2500. Then I called Adaptive Heating & Cooling to get a second opinion and they took their time, diagnosed the problem, got the correct part the exact same day, and did the fix for only $350 dollars. I saved more than $2000 dollars and the workers were fast, intelligent, and professional. When I finally have to replace my whole system in a couple years, I'm definitely going to call Adaptive Heating & Cooling again!
We had a good experience with Adaptive Heating and Cooling. We had a small kitchen vent problem that just needed someone to pop in for a short time and get it done. Mitch was professional, fixed the issue and was in and out in a timely manner.
