He was supposed to be here between 7-11am. After I called at 1030 he calls back & says he will be closer to 1pm. Ok that’s fine but he didn’t show up til almost 3. Was rude, unprofessional. Didn’t put anything back together. Left my heat on! It’s almost 90 degrees! Stated to me he’s the only employee and doesn’t have time to call customers back…but he got a PPP loan for $157k in March 2021 stating he had 8 employees!! Says he will order my part & let me know how long it will be …I have filed. A formal complaint with my warranty company!
Adam did great job repairing my A C unit. He was very courteous, prompt, and professional. He clearly has the knowledge about his job. I would highly recommend Adam’s heating and Cooling, Adam’s Refridgeration LLC
