A very dependable and company that prioritizes the clients needs as a must. We have used them on multiple occasions and they are always quick to respond, diagnose, and fix the issue. Staff is always respectful and willing to work with their clients to give them the best service. Would recommend to anyone!
In addition to heating and air conditioning jobs Ada services has repaired several plumbing related issues for us, including replacing exterior water spigots, fixing a leaking shower drain on the second floor shower, replacing old cvpc water lines and valves throughout the house with modern pex lines, replacing old corroded metal water valves with new ball valves, and work on maintaining the electrical system and wiring in our 123 year old rental house in Ada since 2015 when we bought the house.. The company has always been reasonable, on time, and done quality work for a fair price. We can't say enough good things about their service or work ethic. Excellent company to do business with and the owners and their staff technicians are good people who have never disappointed us. Highest recommendation. G. Hartke
Paid in advance more than estimate for extra stuff to be done 19 days without water didn't show up most of the time didn't finish job had to hire another plumber to finish job $3100 in advance then $1600 more to another service will never call them again 😢
Certainly not the high quality business Ron Kipker started. And FYI make sure your bill doesn't have an "assistant" fee.. they put my mother's heat pump on emergency heat...then never came back till she had issues in the summer. Forward to this winter...she was told to put it on emergency heat for over 3 weeks while they ordered a part that others carry on their service truck....would NEVER recommend them.
They rushed right out and helped us with our furnace when it quit...very much appreciated 👍
Always dependable and reliable and friendly
I had used them over a year ago for most of my HVAC issues, and I liked them for my HVAC needs. They even ensured I had a heat source in the wintertime when my heating went out during a snow storm. I'm not sure what has happened over the years, but service quality has decreased significantly. I was given incorrect information on the cost of labor. Then they told me I must have them mixed up with another company. This wasn't true since they were the only company I spoke with about some plumbing issues I was having. They only adjusted the bill a little bit even though they missed up. Which I guess was nice, but I do not appreciate being called a lier. Not only that but (and I do not think they ever have) Given me any paperwork showing the hours worked as many other companies do. You do not see the hours or parts used until you get a bill in the mail and are hoping everything is correct. They also double billed me, and when I e-mailed them about it couldn't have the courtesy to let me know they were looking into it. It just left me to wonder what was going on. Then three days later said they took care of it, which was great, but you could have the manners or communication skills to let me know you were researching it? It just left me wondering for a few days what was going on. ( I would have called, but since they had already given me bad information and tried to say it was my fault, I wanted a paper trail of the conversation)
Have bailed me out a few times with busted water lines and furnace issues.

We waited at least 40 minutes to simply get in, once seated the service came in really fast, hot and delicious... Pricing is absolutely not bad... Looking forward for a second visit before I depart from Chihuahua! :)
Absolutely 💯% THE BEST SERVICE! My sister and I are older and live together and we had problems w our furnace. We called another company before we called Ada Service's, to come and repair our furnace. The other company came out and told us we needed a new furnace, and we could finance it through them. It took them 3 weeks to get back to us.All that time the temp was in the 20°-30°s. We were freezing! We finally called Ada Service and they came out the next day and had our furnace up and running In 30 minutes! All that was wrong w our furnance was a clogged line! Not only are the honest, professional, prompt and courteous, but their techs are extremely proficient and knowledgeable. They will tell u honestly what is wrong, not try and take advantage of u because ur older or ignorant mechanically. I highly recommend them for ANYONE who is looking for a good honest company.
