I’m always skeptical when having service done to my truck or house , but I’m so glad I did. Roberto provided the most professional and complete service I've experienced in years. He installed a WiFi thermostat that was giving me issues and knew exactly how fix the problem. More so he ensured that everything was working properly before he departed. I believe most of the 5 stars reviews are fake. you can't rely on this business to fix emergency situation. Very bad with communications, the lack of communecatin is very unprofessional. I would not recommend this business as they don't respect the customer and they are very unreliable in time of emergencies. The prices are more than the big names companies. I got my ac fixed with way less than their price. Advice don't be fool and don't wast your time.
I've had three interactions with Robert. All three times have been excellent! He communicates well. He is experienced and knows his stuff. He's worked on two different appliances successfully. He is on time. He is ethical and fair. I will not hesitate to be in touch with him when I need other repairs.
Had ACTS Services do 2 jobs for me at 2 different locations. Goes above and beyond a regular mini split install. Adds special touches to provide a top notch installation.
Robert has done an amazing job. He is extremely honest and works with integrity. He is very punctual and works hard to fix the problem no matter the magnitude of the situation. He is very professional and I would recommend him to anyone looking for an AC repair man.
I called a big name HVAC company to assess an issue with my A/C not blowing cold air. They said I needed a new system and quoted me thousands. I then called Mr. Arenas with ACTS Services for a second opinion, he came out and fixed a leak and replaced the refrigerant for 27 times less (actual number - not an exaggeration) than what I was quoted from the big name company. My A/C has been running great for 3 years since then. Ever since, I have called ACTS Services for basic maintenance and every time has been exceptional. It's nice to know someone that you can trust. We had our HVAC system replaced by a family member who fell sick before he could finish the job. We were stuck in the middle of winter with no heat for several weeks. Luckily my husband found Robert who got it running for us in no time at an economical price. I would highly recommend Robert and will definitely use him again should we need him in the future!
Technician gave us a quote to replace our indoor unit. Emailed us the agreement and even scheduled the day he would be back. We happily signed it, never gave him a hassle. That same night he texted me cancelling because of an experience he had with a previous customer that has NOTHING to do with us or our property. His concern was that he wasn't responsible for the outdoor unit...which we agreed that he wasn't. I was even willing to put it in writing that we were not expecting him or holding him liable for outdoor unit. We have Senior Parents living in that home and desperately needed to provide them cooling and he just left us hanging. Very Unprofessional and would not recommend to anyone. Definitely not something a Good Christian would do.
When I called he responded within a fewminutes.
I can not say enough about how great it was to have Robert install our multi-zone mini-split system. He is honest, hard-working, meticulous, extremely knowledgeable, and much more. I hired him to install a large 6 zone system with unique indoor units and Robert went above and beyond to ensure that everything was installed to exact specifications regardless of the time it took and the weather. He worked all day outdoors on the coldest and windiest day of the year by far. If it were anyone else they would have just cancelled for the day, but he kept working away ensuring everything was in good working order. Robert is a rarity nowadays. He is a man of integrity, honesty and takes great pride in his work. I was very fortunate to have found him to recommend the layout and specifications of the system and install it to specs. I highly recommend him.
Robert always goes out of his way, called him last minute late night because our home wasn't heating up, he happily came out and addressed issue right there and then, while educating me along the way, HIGHLY recommend. Very well priced!
Robert was very thorough and pinpointed the problem very quickly. He was also very professional and polite. We had our furnace back up and running on a Saturday at a very reasonable price, too! I appreciate your hard work Robert and being able to help us out, we had been without heat for days and it nice and toasty now! I highly recommend him. I will also be calling him for electrical and plumbing as well.
ACTS has great customer service with good price. I have 4 AC units so need services more often than others. ACTS always be able to provide service within a day or 2. More importantly, owner Robert will go out of his way to find the cheaper alternatives to fit your buget needs. I have a unit that has been left not working for several years because my previous AC company told me I had to replace the whole condenser unit. Robert fixed it by replacing the thermostat and fill up the freon! Amazing, right? I recommend ACTS to any of of friends.
