Called and got a same day appointment when I was having issues with our furnace after the power outage. I have a newborn so this was a huge relief. The repair guy was so nice and he explained the suggested repairs very well and showed me pictures of the system.
I am so grateful that Active HVAC came out within an hour of my request. The service I received was outstanding. I'm impressed at the way I was treated and my repair completed.
Their team is very accommodating and prompt even when my requests are last minute. We will book them up for future repairs.
It was a great experience from the beginning. The scheduler was polite and quick at setting up the service. All of the technicians were very polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. I feel that this is a very honest company.
The AC unit wasn't running properly, the compressor wasn't turning on, and the controller at the air handler was blank. Active HVAC was able to set up an appointment the next day to check it out. There was no push to add charges and they honor their warranties completely.
