They were listed with the company I rent for. A request was put in and they haven't bother to show up, don't answer the phone. And didn't even bother to respond to the request that was put in
tech (Kevin) arrived on time, and was thorough and professional.
Technician came to check my A / C and his diagnosis was wrong. The problems continued and I had to call another company which found the problem
Complete HVAC system replacement- Action Heating And Cooling were prompt in ordering and installing our new 3.5 ton system. It runs so quietly now and does a great job. They cleaned up after themselves and did a professional job. Great folks to deal with. Thanks very much!

We purchased our house in 2006, was built in 2003 with unit installed by Action Heating & Cooling. After 17 years of service, though still working well, the unit was deteriorating and in need of replacement. Action people were very professional and courteous in all aspects of recommending, installing and following up on the new unit. Service on the old one was great over the years and I look forward to this unit lasting equally as long with the same quality service.
I have used Action Heating and Cooling for years, they have always given me GREAT service at a fair price. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They are my go to for all my HVAC needs.
Staff is always friendly and they do great work for a fair price.

I am sorry I am not the type of person to complain but I have been extremely frustrated with Action since the recent new Ownership. I was an Action cooling & Heating customer for over 16 years when prior Owner Managed the Company and since new Owner has taken over it seems that the money is #1 versus having Integrity in honoring your word and quality of work. I paid for preventative maintenance and even additional funds for services needed to a 3 year old Carrier unit. Then was told a previous electrical issue that was troubleshooted within the last 6 months would need to be re-evaluated and that he would need to charge me another diagnostic fee for something his Company repaired last year. I was left feeling completely taken advantage of. I too am a business Owner but people come first and money comes with treating people right! Good luck guys!
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They accepted my claim with my home warranty company a few months ago. Home Warranty did not cover the total cost of replacing my unit, so Action offered financing for the remaining portion. Joann said there would be no extra fees to use financing. After asking multiple times for paperwork to show the breakout of the charges, they finally sent a paper from Home Warranty which showed the install charge and credit card processing fees. I was told the fees were "absorbed" by Action, which turns out to be a lie and they will not send a refund for the overcharge of the processing fees. On top of having issues with the new unit (like the drip line not draining properly because they have it going uphill), they recently sent out a tech who damaged my attic access. After I brought it to their attention since the tech did not, they sent him back out to replace the dry wall and paint it. He spray painted it in the yard, which left paint on my tree and grass. I've asked for it to be textured and painted like it was before it was damaged, but have now been told they will not do any more to fix it. I was also told they would provide a proposal since my home warranty will not cover the needed work for the new unit, yet still have not received it. They will not respond to my emails now regarding the refund and access repair. This company has been HORRIBLE. Their communication is terrible and they can never seem to answer a question, including techs who do not seem to know what they're doing or what is going on. After having to use them because of my home warranty, I have now heard several complaints about this company. Hope this review helps when trying to choose an A/C company!
Owner and his wife very disrespectful will be contacting and will be sending them videos and auto hearing of all the conversation guy didn't want to do his job the AKA owner will be contacting the Better Business Bureau it's a husband and wife running this company don't ever use them they are no longer welcome back to my property
We've used Action Heating and Cooling several times and would highly recommend them. They've always been professional, prompt and thorough. They really take their time to assess the problem and provide all possible solutions, without high pressure sales tactics to up-sell me, as other companies have tried to do. They've always been able to fix our problem quickly and I have found them to be very trustworthy. If you're in need of air conditioning repairs in Lakeland, then call this company first, you won't be disappointed.

Me and my wife absolutely loved our technician, Bob. He was amazing the service on both sides ( in office and tech. ) were great!! I will highly recommend this company as well as the worker we had come out today!
I have used the company and prices for install /repair are very expensive. Wish I could have done more research before calling them.
I bought a new system from Action about a year ago as our old one was dying. For months I had issues with it, I was so frustrated I would call Audrey and a tech would be here...Let me cut to the bottom line, Action went above and beyond to fix the issue, from adding an additional register to changing the thermostat they did EVERYTHING possible to rectify the situation. I cannot praise them enough, they did not give up. The integrity of this company is beyond reproach. I will sing their praises because they truly stand behind the product they sell and the service they provide. Thank you Action for dealing with what is one of your most challenging installations I'm sure, you handled it with dignity and grace!
I have been using Action for the past 10 years, I have never once had to question the integrity of Mr. Everett or anyone associated with Action Heating & Cooling. I have referred them time and time again, and not one person has ever came back to me with anything but positivity and appreciation. On many occasions, Mr. Everette has went beyond just the position of a business owner, he has been an encouragement to me many times throughout the years that I have known him. There is no price you can put on the integrity this company and its owner possess. I will never use anyone, or refer any company than Action Heating and Cooling.
