I have used these guys multiple times at multiple properties. They have done all kinds of work for me from putting in new vents, maintenance on units at my rental properties and most recently installed a brand new heating/ac unit at my home. When it was not cooling the house how it should.. they come back out and check air flow and installed new exhaust returns and bigger vent in my daughters room to get the circulation in the house just right. Call them! They come out when they say they will and they do a quality job! If there is adjustments that need to be made.. they happily come back out promptly to do what needs to be done. In this texas heat they won't leave u hanging.. that's so important! Craig and the guys are the best! Love these guys and wouldn't even dream of calling anyone else!

I have used this company for years in three different houses. They replaced the HVAC units in two of those homes. Their work has always been top notch, very professional, honest, and backed up with a guarantee. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. The lady who answers the phone has become a friend after all these years. I highly recommend this company.
First time to write one of these, yet I was extremely happy with the service that Action Air provided. I needed to have an old unit replaced in my mother's house last month. I called four companies before Action. Three promised to send someone and either they never showed or were over two hours late. The fourth gave a price that was literally more than twice what Action quoted me for the same exact equipment and service. Even though the weather was bad Danny came out and and gave me several honest options, and e showed up when he said he would. They installed the system in a couple of hours. They were very professional and friendly. It's great to know there is still quality service and honesty out there!
Excellent work. Used Action for 3 generations. Technically the best. Danny is considerate and proficient. Would not use anyone else.

I have used Action Heating and Air for almost 20 years. I have always had a wonderful and positive experience but excellent work done as well. My most recent service call was done by a man of Danny and he was fast and efficient in his job performance. Also, I had had a worker by the name of Chris that really went all out when my air went out late one day. I'm really happy to know that this company is there for their clients as best as can be. Called Action Heating and Air on a Friday evening when I got home from work . I was not expecting anyone to come out until Monday with it being a weekend. The lady that answered the phone was very nice and told me she would get a hold of a tech asap. With in 10min Danny had called me and said he was on his way. Didn't expect that at all. When he showed up he was very knowledgeable and. Had it diagnosed with in miniutes. He did not have the part on his truck. I told him he could wait till Monday that my wife our 2year old and I would go to a hotel and he told me to wait a few minutes. He came back to the door and told us he could run to Plano and get the part from their other service tech. He left and was back with in an hour. Replaced our bad capacitor and checked out the system. I was expecting a rather large bill. When he returned I was very surprised that the bill was only $189 for the time he spent going to get the part and it was after hours. I would highly recommend Action Heating and Air. They were recommended to me by Mayor Eric Hogue of Wylie.

Action installed my Trane ac nearly 10 years ago and I was very happy with their work , Everything woked just great but just a few months ago I had a big problem, lucky for me the system was still under warantee. Action fixed the problem, were prompt and couteous. Craig the engineer I dealt with was very professional and very straight forward to deal with. I highly recommend them.
I haven't used this company for two years, so I'm reviewing them on that horrible experience. Screwed up replacing a broken A/C unit for our house which we were buying. Had to come out a second time and do it all over again. Then the drip pan started leaking over the ceiling into our bedroom. They said "we didn't install the drip pan". Then I showed them the work order where they did and they let the bill go, but never bothered to offer to fix the drywall on the ceiling. This was going on at the same time the A/C wasn't working at all. They told me the condenser outside was the problem and quoted me about $5000 to do so. They kept making comments about how it was just out of warranty too which I thought was a bit of a joke. I told them after this service call I was calling someone else. I did, and $60 later the service tech for the other company told me the condenser was full of freon so he had to get it down to the correct levels. He installed a hard start for it as well, and the A/C was working again. But all in all, Action was about the worst A/C company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. In fact, they are about one of the worst ever companies period.
Our AC went out last night and our usual repair guy was on vacation at the time. After one long, hot night, I looked up AC Repair on the BBB and found this company. I called them as soon as they opened at 9am, spoke to a girl named Emily who told me that they could not make it out till the afternoon and that the service techs would call me after 12pm to let me know what time they would be by to repair my AC. By 2pm I had not received a call. I called the company once more to be informed by Emily that everyone had just gone into a meeting and that someone would call me when they were done with the meeting. 4:00pm - still no call. I call the company once more only to find out that they have gone for the day and that their answering service is now picking up. They paged the service tech who was then suppose to call me ASAP. 5:00pm - still no call. I have begun the process of calling other companies now to see who might be able to come out the same day since I have now wasted a whole day waiting on Action Heating & Air and really DO NOT want to spend another night HOT. 5:30pm - I FINALLY got a call back from one of their service techs, however, I had already found someone that would come out, be here in 30 minutes (which they were) AND only charged me $35.95 for a service call! I informed the service tech that I no longer needed his services and that I already found a company that would come out and service my unit, tonight, and I only had to call them ONCE. I do not recommend this company to ANYONE for ANY REASON! I do not know what their service is like ,but if it is anything like their customer service, I would be afraid to let them repair anything I own! (that is, if they ever called me back to set an appt AND showed up for it) BTW - the company that I called that sent someone out in 30 minutes, fixed it in less than 30 minutes AND did not charge me an arm, leg, and first born: CJ Air Solutions Inc. They were awesome!
