Arrived on time. Very professional. Performed routine maintenance and identified a capacitor that was starting to fail. Gave us the opportunity to replace at the time of the service call or at a later time. We were very pleased with the service provided.

Casey found out the problem quickly and had the part with him. He was very polite and used *made in America parts, which is important. He worked with me on the bill since I didn't have all of it until my ssi came in. He was very professional and I will refer him to my neighbors as well as use him in the future.
I can’t say enough good things about Casey. Casey was professional, punctual, honest, and helpful. I had been advised by another company to either do 1800.00 in repairs or to replace my older AC. Casey came out and evaluated my system and advised me of the best course of action. The other company was trying to convince me to spend money I didn’t need to spend, not yet anyway. Casey replaced one part for me and I spent a fraction of what I thought I would need to spend. I appreciated his honesty and will be a repeat customer.
Casey at Action Air did a great job working with me to find a heat pump that matched the features / specs I wanted at a read cost. He had the unit installed and was gone in little time with no real interruptions to my day - highly recommended!

We had action air install a split unit in our master bedroom, Casey helped us decide on a unit that was efficient and appropriate for our needs. Fair price and impeccable install, I'm pretty particular about how things are done and he was able to satisfy my inherent OCD need for symmetry and perfection. You've got a customer for life 👍
I got myself way in over my head on a mini split system install for my home. I called Action Air Conditioning and they were quick to respond. Although I didn’t buy the parts from them they still were their to help. Casey came out and jumped right on it and installed my Mini-Split AC system in no time, the finished product and cleanliness of the install was stellar. Casey rocks! Going forward, my first and only call will be to Action Air Conditioning.
My AC went out..I wasn't changing my filters. My entire life stopped. Me and the dogs had heat 😩 exhaustion. I was fortunate enough my friend took me, four dogs, and birds over. I called another AC service and they wanted me to dish out $2860. I called Action Air Conditioning for a second opinion. Casey changed my capacitors, filter, and added some refridgerant. I, now, am back home w the critters. The first place did not even mention the air filters!! The filters were disgusting. Casey lives in the Rio Verde neighborhood. I was lucky to get his services right away. ✅️ Thanks Casey!
I highly recommend Casey to do any sort of HVAC repair or replacement. He was very prompt and reasonable with his prices as well. I had a old through the wall air conditioner replaced with a mini split unit and it came out fantastic!
