Unit went out last week. Scheduled to have repairman out between 8:30 - 10am on Thursday. Never showed, never called. Called them, hung up on me. Did finally send a guy hours later who said he fixed it. Didn't work. At all. Called him, said he'd be back with a compressor, never showed. Waited another day, no response & unable to get them to answer their phone & doesn't allow you to leave a message. Had to pay another company after hours pay to fix a $40 part which was under warranty w/ACR. Worst experience ever, worst customer care ever.
I had scheduled to have AC installed 4/12/22. Dustin sent me a proposal and I accepted but they never showed up!! I have not heard back from the supervisor or anyone from this company. This is VERY unprofessional to not even say I'm running late or if they need to reschedule. Nothing from anyone. Plus they double charged my debit card for services they have yet to provide. I'm not happy with the service I've gotten. I think I may end up calling some who will show up for the job. I will be disputing the charges on my card looking for a full refund. This should not have happened. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
These guys are the real deal. Easy to talk to and they shoot straight - that's a rare trait these days. Excellent service.
Outstanding times a thousand!! I cannot thank Mike and Dustin enough for all their work. They came to my rescue with my stubborn water heater and fixed the problem immediately. They had amazing communication, were on time every day, and kept me up to date with everything the entire time. Extremely honest and reliable. I highly recommend ACR to anyone. Thank you Thank you!!
Two years ago I bought a Mastercool from AC&R. A week later it stopped working. I called and they came out and said there was an error with the install and fixed it. This winter I replaced my roof and the contractor brought me up there to show me the vent on the air conditioner was a full two inches above the vent into the house, the two were never connected together allowing most of my cold air to escape. This week my unit stopped working again. I called and the receptionist was very confrontational and only seemed intent on arguing the status of my warranty rather than helping me get my unit working again. I finally was allowed to get a call back from the owner who said he would send someone out the next day. They never called and never showed up. It turns out the screw that holds the belt pulley wheel to the motor rod was never tightened. It’s been barely hanging on for two years and finally slipped. I would not recommend AC&R. It has been nothing but one mistake after another.
I highly recommend AC&R. I initially dealt with Eric, giving us a quote on air conditioning conversion for two units. He came out twice to make sure everything was lined up for the crew. Tony and John were the installers and they did a fantastic job, finishing the job ahead of time. The owner, Dustin, also came by to see how everything was, if we had any questions, etc.
Our ac gave out over the summer and we called ACR. Eric came out and gave us a quote immediately and found us a great deal for the master cool unit. Benni came out with his crew and installed it. I called to turn off the ac and they were out the next day. These guys are amazing and I highly recommend them. If I could I'd give them more than a 5 star rating. They were extremely professional, prompt, and went over and beyond throughout my whole experience with them. I've worked with several ac and heating companies and these guys were by far the best. They will be the only company I will use in the future.
My refrigerated air conditioning unit unexpectedly went out on a day where the weather was 100+ degrees. Dustin was able to get me an appointment same day that I contacted him and my unit was fixed by that afternoon. I did not feel like I was gouged at all and the technician was very thorough making sure there was nothing else going on with my 15 year old unit. I am so thankful for this company! I will definitely use them in the future should I need assistance again. Thank you!
