Franko and Chris did my ac and all that type of stuff They did a amazing job and they asked for our preferences. After that they saw That I needed help with moving something and they helped me I would definitely give them a raise I know that my grammar is bad But trust me they did a amazing job
I own a business and my commercial freezer needed to be repair. I called the company they connected me with a technician. He responded promptly, he was very professional. He tried everything he could. He answer my questions and offered different solutions. I will call this company again.
We have used ARC twice now and are very pleased. I called in the morning and had a repair man out within the hour and had us up and running in no time. We will definitely be using them in the future.
ACR came out to check my A/C just before the hot weather...showed up right on time as we were told. I had just moved hear. Imad checked everything and cleaned the filter and said all was good.....and welcome to Sugar Grove, no charge!!! A few days later, we had a power outage and when it came back on, the A/C had frozen up so the fan didn't work. I called ACR and just as the first instance, they showed up as promised even though it was 9pm. Took care of the problem completely. Couldn't have been nicer. I highly recommend the company. Knowledgeable, fair, professional, and on time.....all things that are rare with any company today! Thanks ACR!!!
I was quoted for installation of a new furnace, ac coil, and outside compressor unit on Wednesday night. On Friday ACR installed the outside ac compressor and Saturday installed the furnace. All work was performed timely and the total price with the same applicable equipment was better than other companies I called in the area. I would recommend them to others in the area. The new equipment works great.
Called on Sunday evening with no heat and left emergency message with answering service. Received a return call within 15 minutes and had a warm body on site within the hour. Heat back on in no time, They did a great job and did it expeditiously.

ACR H&C does excellent work. Professional, knowledgeable and honest. I was referred over to ACR by a family friend and have not been disappointed. I had issues with a furnace blower motor during the recent extreme cold weather spell and Imad was at my house after hours for an initial assessment and then back during the weekend to implement the solution. Will definitely be using ACR for my future HVAC needs.
i built a new house in Montgomery Il in 2015, a year after that i started having issues with my heat and it kept going off, i contacted 2 different heating and air conditioner companies, came in and tried to fix my problem but it kept going out, i spent lots of money on it with no result, i was referred to this company, the owner came in himself right away and solved the problem and at a low cost!!!. i strongly recommend him to all my friends and family. amazing work and i have not had any problem with it after that.
