Armando answers the phone anytime I call. If he doesn't I get a text right away saying he will call and he does. My central AC stopped cooling at 7pm on a Monday night. (System was installed by ACEXTRA a year earlier) I call and Armando answers and calls me by my first name and promises me I will get repairs the following day. He calls me again at 8:30am on Tuesday morning and says he can have a tech there in 30-40 minutes. Shortly after 9am the tech shows up and in short order my system was working. No charge. Can't say enough good things about this company.
Had this company called out by my landlord to resolve an issue with my a/c. The company had to come out four days in a row and still could not resolve the issue. Told me they would submit a quote to replace the unit and even dropped off a temporary portable air conditioning unit to cool a single room in the house while the quote was being prepared. The next day they decided to tell my landlord that the unit is working correctly and that no further work is needed yet my air conditioning unit cannot go below 81°F. Guess that is considered working by ACEXTRA, Inc. Do not trust them. They will not help you unless you are prepared to spend a lot of money.

This place is horrible, the owner is super unprofessional and a jerk, he doesn’t know what he’s doing and I recommend for anyone who has air conditioning problem too contact another company cause this place is a joke
Hands down the best air conditioning repair company I’ve ever worked with. These guys are so many levels beyond every other company I’ve dealt with, that I thought there would be a catch. But there wasn’t. Just professionals through and through. No more switching a/c guys... I’m finally settling on AC Extra.
I HIGHLY recommend AC Extra. They were honest and fair (after another company totally lied to me and tried to scam me into a huge expensive unnecessary job and purchase) Thank God I got a 2nd opinion and called AC Extra. They told me the simple easy-fix truth, and repaired my AC immediately, and at a low cost. Call AC Extra, you will be very happy.
Called them after another company made a mistake on my ac unit. Louis came out during rush hr in miami. Helped diagnose the issue. And gave the other company the opportunity to fix their mistakes. Not only was he responsive but he and his company are respectable people as well. Hard to find those qualities in people today.
Great experience with AC Extra! Originally called about our AC being broken and thankfully it was fixed SO quickly. We were kept informed about the cause of the issue and were made aware of preventative measures. At some point during the day, our fridge also broke and we realized it as they were leaving but Louis took on that task as well. It turned out to be a bit tricker than expected because we needed parts that were difficult to track down but they were tracked down eventually and now everything works again! Thank you Louis and the AC Extra staff for the fixes and for giving me the Game of Thrones closure conversation I desperately needed.

They really need more stars. Honestly I can't even make this stuff up. My AC went out on the Saturday before Easter Sunday - imagine. I actually called another AC company first that didn't even answer the phone. I came across AC EXTRA online, called and no joke, Luis was at my house in 20 minutes! Not only was here there right away, but he was extremely knowledgeable and personable. We discussed my options and I opted for an entire new unit. Luis got on the phone immediately and in front of me and moved mountains to get me a new unit ASAP. Luis and the installers were there first thing the next morning on EASTER SUNDAY installing my new AC unit! Not only that, but because the distributor didn't have the exact unit we ordered, Luis gave me the upgraded, more efficient SEER16 model for the same price!!! - followed by a "Happy Easter" text and smiley face emoji. I was honestly in disbelief. I can't thank Luis and the AC EXTRA team enough. Best damn AC company in the world and what a stand up guy, Luis is. I've already referred two friends! Thanks again!!!
Best company, best professionals! My ac stopped working on Thursday at 8pm. I sent a message to some companies and two scheduled for the day according to the visit. Louis called me at 8:10 saying that he would be at my house in 30 minutes. He did everything to help me. He tested the whole unit and ended up lending me a new engine. Friday at 9 am he was here with the team installing the new unit. This Sunday my house was not ventilating. I thought it might be the air. Louis answered me on the first contact attempt, saying that the problem was my Nest. 20 minutes later he was here installing a new nest and everything went back to normal. They gave me the best quote when buying the new AC and they work 24x7. I've never had such a good experience with a company.
AC EXTRA exceeded my expectations! They provide great customer service, knowledgeable and friendly technicians, and fast and honest service! My old A/C unit broke down and even though the A/C unit is on the roof of a 2 story building, the technician was able to get on the roof, take pictures and videos, and then share them with me so I could fully understand what was going on. He even took the time to explain everything and all of my options. We ended up deciding to go with a new unit and they installed it the very next day. I could not have been happier with my experience and I am so grateful!
Louis came out on a Sunday and provided great service and a quick temporary fix on a larger issue. He provided good information and care to ensure the larger problem gets fixed asap in a fair manner. He was upfront with options and costs. Highly recommended.
They sent someone right away on a Saturday!!! Their technician, Luis, was very professional and trustworthy. You’re really happy with the service and we will definitely recommend them to our friends and family. We will also continue to use them as our AC company from now on. It’s not easy to find quality service in Miami: so five stars for them!!!
Amazing experience. I called in at 6pm and Luis was there by 7:30pm despite the crazy traffic to get to my building. I was expecting to be lucky to find someone to get it taken care of before the following week. The speed was only the first part I can brag about. Luis and I chatted the entire time he was working like we'd known each other for years and within 30 minutes my AC went from useless to working like brand new. Best experience I have ever had with any home service company, HVAC or otherwise! Side Note: Luis is also a huge Canes fan too so you know you are in good hands! Go Canes!
This company was amazing from start to finish. Louis was the rep who came to my house and was very professional. I didn't feel like just another customer, they treated me like family. I had central air installed in my home that didn't have a unit already installed. He was very patient and took his time explaining every detail possible. The entire crew was amazing. They're not like other companies. They get the job done quickly and they clean up after themselves. I can guarantee you no other company can match their prices or their quality of work. I would highly recommend ACExtra to anyone who needs any ac related work done to their home or business. Thank you for a job well done.
