Worthless enough said. I wouldn't hire him if he was the last electrician on earth
I'll start by saying, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I came across a major electrical issue while in the process of closing my grandmothers house in Horn Lake. Tom was not only right there, but with me every step of the way! He was able to spot some shoddy work, as well as some issues that were in dire need of being updated. All in all I would defiantly recommend Tom Pruitt to all of my friends, family, and anyone that needs electrical problems fixed at an affordable price.

Called Ace Electric days before Christmas when a wall of outlets went out the night before. Tom came the same day. Not only did he fix the initial problem, but several others. He's professional, kind, and a joy of an electrician with several other specialities. It's hard to find trustworthy service people. Tom is a cut above the rest!

Half of our house was without power. Tom came out and located the problem fixed it and we were up and running. Very thorough!
This was my first-time using Ace Electric Inc. and I am quite pleased with the work performed. Like others have stated, Tom is knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and polite. I called him after hours with what I thought was a major concern and he was more than helpful. He immediately put my mind at ease by walking me through some troubleshooting techniques to determine the severity of the situation. He assured me that repairs to my electrical service panel would be minor and he would be out at first call. Keeping true to his word he was at my house bright and early. After the work was done, he walked me through the repair process and showed me exactly the work that was performed. He even gave me suggestions. I will be sure to give Tom a call when I get ready to install the manual transfer switch for my generator.
I wanted so bad to write a good review. Tom is knowledgeable, punctual, friendly and polite. He repaired a light fixture for me, but had to use a ballast which was too large. It had to be muscled in and the surrounding metal strained to hold it. A few hours after completion of the job, the metal part containing the ballast burst out and the ballast fell enough to make the lights flicker and go all wonky. Had to kill the circuit and disconnect. Called next day. No response. Texted later that day. No response. Called a few days later. Got him. He was very apologetic and said he missed the text and call. Said to get a new fixture and he'd hang it for free. I got a new fixture. Texted him. He said he'd be in touch soon. A week or so passed. Nothing. Texted him. No response. Called him. Got him. He said "call you right back" and got off quickly. It's two days later. Tried to do the work myself but the ceiling construction is so unusual that it will take a better guy than me, and I'm an engineer. Have sunk hundreds of dollars and a bunch of hours into this with nothing to show. I think Tom is a great guy, and I still think he's honest. I simply can't explain why he blew me off so badly, we were just chatting away and having a great time during his first visit. But you can't ignore a client that many times. I am definitely the exception to the rule. Everyone else gave him 5 stars, and I wish I could also. But the facts are the facts. I don't know if Google reviews are editable. I hope they are so he can make it right and I can erase or modify this one. Still think he's a great guy but unfortunately that's not what I paid for.
Wonderful service!! They came and fixed electric issues even on a weekend night. Super friendly and knowledgeable. They can do plumbing, heating and air, and electric. I will call him for all my future home needs. I recommend him to anyone
I was without power and Tom walked me through the problem. Reasonable pricing and willing come fix the problem on a holiday weekend.
Was great service. At first was a little skeptical about it but the service turned out to be unexpectedly great.He provided proper documentation along with his word in which he kept.Put up the proper light fixtures in a reasonable amount of time and very low in price.He helped me pass code enforcement to get utilities in my home so over joyed and great ful. This is also a licensed and bonded company. I would like to recommend this company to everyone.So if you ever find yourself needing the help or services of a electrican Ace Electric is the company to call.

ACE Electric came by and helped us move some light switches and outlets. They also installed a duct going to the exterior of the house. They were very friendly, punctual and affordable. I recommend them for any big or small job.
Ace Electric is simply the best. They have done work for me since 2003. When I was convalescent from heart surgery in '05, Tom Pruitt offered to stay with me while my wife went out on businesd. Twice he has fixed delicate, precious antique chandiers for me. This is an old house and Ace takes care of me. I wouldn't use anyone else at half the price!
I called Ace Electric to have some security lights installed. Ace Electric recommened that I install LED security lights. They are wonderful!! The lights are great and energy efficent. They were very reasonable on the price and I would recommend them to anyone else.
Tommy is a stand up guy. He has been in business for decades, and it shows. He really knows his stuff and is very reasonably priced.
