We were referred to Ace through Angie's list.They called us pretty quickly after I filled out the form and were able to get us a two hour window for the same day. When the technician, Juan Pelayo reached out to ask a few more questions about our problem and his estimated time for being here. He was very nice and professional. His timelines were clear and his guess as to the problem turned out right. That meant the phone estimate for the cost was right on. Juan agreed to text when he was in his way so we didn't have to stay at the house Juan was professional throughout the job and a great communicator. He made it easy to understand what the issue was and our options for taking care of it. We would definitely recommend Ace and Juan, they resolved our emergency plumbing issue with no fuss!
Worst customer service I have ever experience. Would not recommend working with them. The woman who answers the phone is not personable and will hang up on you. Awful person to have the voice of your business.
I called the company at 4 PM on a Monday afternoon. Tuesday morning Raul came over and had a major pipe repair done by two in the afternoon. The most professional, polite and knowledgeable plumber I’ve ever met. Thank you very much.
Received two unsolicited calls in two days. Tried to explain that I didn’t want any service on my home but caller hung up on me mid-sentence. Then, called, “customer service,” who was completely dismissive to me. All I told her was they’re sales reps needed better training. Hanging up on me did not make me want to use their device in the future.

I've been using this same company for any issues I have with my properties for years and every single time I've used them we had a great experience. I HIGHLY recommend them for Heating/ Air issues

The two plumbers who came to our home were very knowledgeable, and did a great job breaking down complicated topics and explaining the problem to me and my family. They gave us several options along with what they thought might be the best. Overall, great experience

I had a great experience with ACE contractors, specifically Juan Pelayo who was our field technician. I called because I needed a quick fix for one of my rentals and Juan responded, completed the work and had such good interaction with my tenants that they specifically called me to thank me. Then I asked Juan to come fix an issue at my home and he came up the same day, stayed late to make sure the job was done right, and was friendly and personable with my entire family. I can’t speak more highly of Juan, but now that I have Ace saved in my phone I can delete all the other plumbers in my contacts!
Great company and service. Gus is very knowledgable and does good work. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for excellent, professional work at a price point that is substantially lower than the big named companies in the area.
I called the company explained what I was looking for, Raul was the person that came out, provided a quote & I agreed for a complete new A/C & Furnace. After 6 six days of what was suppose to be a 3 day job, told me they needed an additional $5,300 for a repair to a line inside the wall, after I noticed a hissing sound in one of the bedrooms & pointed it out. When I disputed received a $1,200 to $1,800 quote but stated that does not cover the drywall only to cut my wall, repair line, did I say I was told this work doesn't come w/o a warranty. Tried to reach a Manager, no response yet. So I have a new system that does not work. Update: Never received a phone call from company. Attached are pics of how my wall was butchered which will cost an additional $500 to repair due to how he cut the drywall. Now I have gotten my attorney involved to reach out to ACE to negotiate covering some of the drywall charges 🤦🏽.
I was contacted by Ace Contractors for a plumbing job when I put our information in one of those sites. I spoke to Jonathan who called me right away and said that they could get someone over here tomorrow. That was great! The next day we were so happy with Juan! He was on time, knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job! We asked Juan, if Ace Contractors installed central air, as we were considering putting in a central air conditioning unit. Juan said they did. I phoned Jonathan back. Shortly thereafter, I received a phone call from Freddie. Freddie was able to come over later that same afternoon to take a look at our job. My husband and Freddie spoke at length about the job and we decided to again go with Ace Contractors! The job was completed last week and it's terrific!! We know that we are now set for the summer! No more being concerned about what the temperatures are going to be! It was our experience with Ace Contractors from the first interaction to the last; they are professional, knowledgeable, friendly and on time. We are very happy with our decision!!! I'm sure you will be too, if you give them a try. Thanks to Jonathan, Juan and Freddie!!! You guys are TOPS in our book. I was going to say Aces, but I thought that would be cheesy! M~
I can't say enough about Ace Contractors and Gus Mendez who did our estimate. He was polite, respectful and really knows his business. His estimate came in below the others to install a tankless water heater and offered us an excellent warranty. I would recommend Ace Contractors and Gus to anyone seeking quality work at a reasonable price.
The biggest issue we have had is with the communication and timeliness of the company. Gus was the main worker on this project and always had an excuse as to why they were constantly late. Myself, my roommate, and the other party involved missed time at work due to all of this. After we thought all of the plumbing issues were taken care of, it turns out that the shower head was broken in the process and after 2.5 weeks without a working shower a call was put in to Gus and he has failed to respond to the matter. Safe to say that we will never recommend this company to anyone we know
He is someone who is truly passionate about his work. On top of it all, he is very friendly and knowledgeable! I'd highly recommend him to anyone!

Clogged drain. Found Ace Contractors on HomeAdvisors and Angie's list. Carlos was the plumber for the requested job. He arrived as requested, analysed the problem informed me what needed to be done and quoted me a price. Carlos was professional and friendly. We discussed the price and Carlos as well as his Boss at Ace worked with me and gave me a fair price for the job. Satisfied customer with both Carlos and Ace Contractors.
