Ace air conditioning responded in a timely manner & made repairs while I was at work. Great service & Chris was very professional.
We have used the semi annual package with Chris for 4 years now and feel very confident especially this past week! When it got so hot over the weekend and the AC was pulling hot air. Text to Chris and he was here Sunday morning and saw that our compressor had got out. He had it fixed by Monday at lunch time. The man is professional and honest. I more than recommend him. He not a salesman. He analyzes the problem and does the work himself.
We moved to Henderson a year ago and were looking for an honest A/C and heating company. Ace was a great fit. Chris did a great job and explained everything. We have a maintenance program with them and feel that our A/C and heating systems are in good hands.
I had a terrific experience with ACE Air Conditioning & Heating. Before contacting them, I had 3 other AC companies come out and none of them could diagnose my problem. I was desperate. Then I had the good fortune to speak with Chris at ACE. Right over the phone, he was able to do an initial diagnosis. When he came onsite, he quickly identified the problem. He was able to fix it the first time, quickly and for a reasonable price. Chris is incredibly knowledge, professional, and prompt. I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend ACE to anyone who needs a professional and reliable AC company.
I would give Chris 10 stars if I could~ My hubs left a message relaying our A/C issue and Chris called me immediately~ I thought my hubs would be home but what Chris did next nearly had me in tears~ He arrived at our home and although my hubs wasn't home yet, Chris was kind enough to fix my AC and call me with the price which was more than reasonable~Talk about going above and beyond~ From one retired Army Vet to another, we salute you for taking such good care of us~ Thank you~ Jerry and Kathy Miller

Our family purchased a new home a couple years ago and we were looking for a honest and professional company to service and maintain our a/c units and heating system. We found ACE and Chris has done an outstanding job. We feel comfortable in our home all the time and we know he will be there at a moments notice if anything goes wrong. Affordable services, experienced and professional techs, and most of all, honest people which is very hard to find these days!
I submitted a quote request at 9:00 AM and had an appointment scheduled for the same day by 9:45AM. Originally scheduled a tune up, but asked Chris to check out the systems first to give an opinion on there condition (20 yr old units). Chris worked hard to understand my needs and wishes, and then gave me all of my options to fix, replace some, or all of my systems. I truly feel he was upfront and honest, and after making the decision to have our unit fixed they were out the very next day. On top of this his communication was top notch, and they were prompt and punctual. 100% recommend if you are having issues with a unit and do not want the up sale. When it comes time to replace my units I will certainly be calling ACE.
We had our AC system stop blowing cold air and only the fan was working. We called the company that had installed the new system, but they did not answer or reply to our messages for 3 days. I found out about this company and gave them a call and got an immediate response and next day service. I would recommend this company to anyone who values good customer service and honest work.

Father and son team and very professional. They didn't try to upsell anything that I didn't need like other companies. I will definitely be using them for fall services and highly recommend them.
I reached out to ACE Air after they were highly recommended on another neighborhood site. My AC unit was making a loud grinding sound off and on. Of course it wouldn't make the noise when Chris came to check it out. He was so awesome that he came back a couple more times to try to figure things out because the system was otherwise running fine. Unlike other companies that would have probably charged for multiple visits, he didn't I finally had to send him a recording of the noise and he was able to tell over the phone what was going on. He came back the next afternoon and took care of the problem. I haven't experienced that noise since but if I do I won't hesitate to reach out again to Chris of Ace Air Conditioning & Heating.
Chris and Caleb are amazing. They are honest, dependable, and just all around great service. They had a new unit installed the next day. I greatly appreciated the fast service and friendliness they have.
One of 2 units I have went down in 105 degree temperature outside. Called Chris on Sunday. He was out next day promptly. Unit was repaired within 10 minutes of his arrival. Couldn't ask for better response time. Highly recommend his services if you live in the Las Vegas/Henderson area.
I recently procured a home on 10/2019 and my biggest nightmare came to fruition, on the hottest day of the summer, 109 degrees. On Sunday 6/21/20, my A/C stopped working and I searched the Internet and due to the positives responses for Ace Air Conditioning, I called. Chris met with me the next day, checked my system and thought it was the starter. He immediately went and procured the starter the same day, installed it, and it was determined that it was the compressor. Every evening, my home temperature rose to 97 degrees. Sleeping was difficult! I could have used the home warranty that I recently purchased, but I did not want to wait on a third party due to the heat. I was not sure how old the system was, so I made the decision to procure a new system. Chris ordered the system and it was delivered and installed on Wed. 6/24/20. Thank you Chris and Caleb for the excellent services that you provided. I also procured a maintenance agreement to maintain my new system. If you need quality and honesty service, this is the company to call. Janet
Woke up at 4AM to get ready for work and fan was running with no cool air. Temp for the day was to reach 110. Searched internet for recommendations and came upon ACE with good reviews. Called at 0530 and tech (Chris) came out about 1030 and inspected unit. He described problem, had the solution to fix and immediately repaired the unit. He arrived within the time frame he quoted, and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. He was very detailed in explaining what he repaired , the age of the unit and the cost. Friendly , professional and reasonably priced. I’m very satisfied and would definitely recommend to others.
Chris and Caleb were very friendly and they got right to work. They knew exactly what was wrong with my ac and took care of the situation quickly. Now my ac runs perfectly. Chris and Caleb are honest hvac professionals and if I have a trouble with my ac again, they will be the first I call. My wife and I are military vets also and when I found out that Chris is a vet then it was no surprise to me that he knew what he was doing and trustworthy. I salute you both for a job well done. Our downstairs blower had stopped working. Due to experiences with some of the bigger companies, I wanted to try to find a smaller independent operation. I was fortunate enough to find ACE. They were on time and very professional. They diagnosed the issue, figured out what parts were needed, and made an appointment to finish the repair. They were concerned only with fixing the issue. They never tried to sell me an entirely new system which has been my experience with every other air company I have dealt with. Our AC is working great now. Thanks!
Technicians were professional and detailed. Nice gentlemen. My units are a year and half old and the house is a brand new build. They discovered minor problems with piping and fixed it right away. Said it was minor, but would be a problem down the road. Coil cleaning looks brand new after they were done! Would recommend them for being detailed-oriented and honest. These qualities are hard to find in this business field.
