Excellent quick service and found a hard to find part quickly. 100% recommended. Will use again
We have had Ace Air and Appliances out 3 times now for unrelated appliance repairs and the service has been commendable. Each time, the repairman (Walter) has arrived promptly, performed whatever repairs were needed, cleaned up the work area, and done this all at a very reasonable price. We would definitely recommend him to others, and will use him again as needed.
I would like to acknowledge the great service I received from Walter. I called for refrigerator service around 4:30 p.m. and was told a service technician would be out between 5 to 8 p.m. (I was impressed with the quick availability!). Walter came out around 6 p.m. and informed me that I needed a new fan. Unfortunately, he did not have the fan to fit my refrigerator and because it was late, he told me he would be back the next day to replace it. He called the next day and said he would be by at 1 p.m. He was right on time, efficient and helpful as he walked me through everything he was doing as well as future tips for maintenance. I would highly recommend Ace Air and Appliances, specifically Walter.
These days it is very rare to find a reliable service. To my surprise I found it. Normally would not review it but the experience was very good. Vladimir came on time, did a great job, cleaned after himself and left with a smile. How can you not be impressed?The cost was reasonable.
