I recently had the pleasure of using the services of this company and I couldn't be happier! From start to finish, their service was exceptional. Firstly, their pricing was incredibly affordable, which was a huge relief considering my tight budget. I was worried that I might have to compromise on quality, but that was not the case at all. Their team of professionals were highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they didn't cut any corners. I was also impressed by how quickly they were able to get the job done. They worked efficiently and effectively, and I was back to enjoying my comfortable home in no time. Overall, I would highly recommend Mr. William's company to anyone in need of HVAC services. They are affordable, provide great quality work, and have fast and reliable service. I give them a solid 5 stars for their outstanding performance!
I had to rush over to leave a glowing review (and honestly, based on the phenomenal service I received, that one reviewer that left 1 star may not have been a customer of THIS Accurate HVAC...) Anyway, this past week, when the weather dipped well below zero in Chicago and the wind and snow was about to take us to see The Wiz... our house would not get/stay warm.. We were layered up... staying upstairs.. using space heaters and keeping warm with the fireplace... but still cold (indoor temps going as low as the 50s)... After a troubleshooting call, the owner, Anthony, established an issue and then came out to the house the next day to figure out the source and fix it. Within an hour, we had consistent heat! His punctuality, service, and rates are TOP TIER... y'all he DID HIS THANG!!! Thank you, Anthony!
My HVAC system was not working properly and I called Accurate for a estimate on repair and ended up needing a new motor but Anthony was very honest and responsive ordered my part and had it installed within a week. Will be using for all maintenance and repairs from now on.
I had to retract my previous review. After finally receiving a response, I was able to have my AC serviced. After spending hours, literally a full day, trying to locate the issue, my unit finally was fixed and cooling off my house. It has been almost a week and the unit is still working smoothly. I appreciate the determination put into trying to diagnose and search for the issue and getting this problem solved before this next heat wave came. The follow up communication afterwards was greatly appreciated!
Run. Don't use Accurate for installing or repairing your HVAC. They installed a new MagicPak in my condo unit and did a TERRIBLE job. They didn't install it correctly which caused me to pay multiple other companies to diagnosis and complete recommended solutions but didn't solve the problem of not cooling to a comfortable temperature. In the end had a supervisor come out and diagnosis that the unit was not installed correctly and they needed to uninstall and reinstall it. Once they got in there, it was installed so badly by Accurate that they said Accurate should be reported. They didn't even install the vents correctly which would cause more carbon monoxide in the unit. SAFETY HAZARD. Accurate cost me $5000 to install it, several hundred to fix the door and wall they damaged, and another $6000 to troubleshoot with multiple solutions from other vendors and reinstall. Never use them. Ever.
Professional customer service attitude, fair pricing and thorough work! I had a logic board issue and it was figured out in 15 mins. I recommend them for any HVAC job, big or small.
