Accutemp came out and did a wonderful and also very clean job of installing central air in my home in 2020 and to this day has been blowing colder air than articuno ever could and the recommendation for the energy efficient unit was well worth it! Highly Recommend this company if you want people you can trust and have your best interest in mind!!

Accu-Temp installed a new gas furnace and the work was excellent. They helped me get part of the work paid through Energize CT. During the install they worked quickly, quietly and cleaned up very well after. They even replaced a part of my duct work because it was old and had mold. They made sure the new duct work and furnace were raised so that in case of water it won't get moldy or rust. I can't say enough good things about this company and their work.
I used these guys to.upgrade my central air too heating system and well the installation is very sloppy including gloves and screws,panels from the old unit left in the attic.next the unit didn't heat evenly they came out tried to balance it no luck I was left with the answer it needed to be zoned,why they didn't consider that as part of the installation process blows my mind.finally the used the existing drain from the a/c unit drains outside the house and that drain freeze constantly and now has caused damage to.my interior ceiling.very amateur work for a 4k plus installation.
Accu-Temp replaced the heating and cooling system at my elderly father's home several years ago. This house and heating system were very old and the installation required all new ductwork, furnace and AC unit. Accu-Temp did a very nice job on this installation. It was done on time and their price was fair. Andy, the owner, is excellent to work with. When the hot water heater at our home failed, I called Accu-temp and they once again met time and budget replacing it. Very recently, the AC and furnace at our home required updating and once again, Accu-Temp upgraded the entire system at a fair price and within the time that they quoted. I found the crew that they sent for this job to be polite and professional. The job was done very neatly. I am very happy with this installation. Dan Budnik - Southington
Extremely professional, especially during these interesting times. I called on Friday and Andy the owner met with me on Monday and I had my central air replaced in one day on Thursday.. The price was excellent but more importantly having the confidence the work was going to be done -priceless. I would recommend them to family and friends anytime.
Initially only one service technician was to come to my house to perform a winter-preparation evaluation of my HVAC and to perform a minor repair of which I had the replacement part - cost not to exceed $135. Upon arrival 2 technicians showed up (1 being the son of the owner) and the total charge was over 3x that price. While the 2 technicians were nice and professional, the repair that one did left me with a propane leak (albeit minor). After two (2) appointments made with the owner (Andy) and two (2) subsequent NO SHOWS without a call to explain (other than Andy saying they were 'very busy'), I never called them back. Obviously Andy doesn't care about new customers and their work should be thoroughly checked by the customer before payment is made. I would not recommend this company to others.
