Our air went out and weren’t sure what the problem was, but they were knowledgeable about the issue and fixed it swiftly! Great service!
They were at my house within an hour of my call. Several other A/C companies had been out and never able to resolve the issue. The technician spent over two hours cleaning our unit inside and now the A/C works better then it ever has. Definitely recommend this company. Will use them again if the need arises.
He arrived at the agreed time and performed a maintenance on my a/c unit. Everything is working good.
David and his crew were fantastic! My attic is basically just a crawl space and getting to my AC unit is a nightmare. When our entire system had to be replaced, they were willing to go above and beyond to get the job done. We ended up having to cut a hole in the roof to install the unit and they were able to get the work done fast and even patched a few spots on the roof for us when they patched the hole up. That was a year ago now and both the roof and AC are in great shape. Very well done
My A/C was not cooling. I had another A/C company come several times yet the problem was not fixed. Each time I was charged for a service that was not repaired. David came and he was very through and professional. He diagnosed the problem to be the Thermostat. I would hire this company again. Thank you again David
I am very happy that I decided to use Acadian Heating and Air to replace my air conditioner. David replaced my evaporator coil and outside unit. He is very price conscious and wanted to provide the best replacement option for my specific situation. He recommended new equipment that would be an energy improvement over the prior system, but was not too expensive. He talked me through all of the technical details, so I understood what I was buying. He answered all of my technical questions and went into the attic with me to explain all of the components in detail, even though the temperature was likely >110F and we were sweating our butts off. I’m an engineer who deals with industrial refrigeration systems, so I like to geek out about this stuff. I enjoyed talking with David and he likes the technical details as well. David and his team were on time and courteous during the install. He gave me a follow-up call a couple days after the installation just to make sure everything was still working great. After the installation was complete, I measured the energy usage to be 25% less than the old system, which was what he said the new equipment would achieve. David gained my trust throughout the job and I plan on using him again.
