I had used AC Star for an emergency repair. They were the only company that responded to my call and were able to come out and correct the issue immediately. Since I have used then for roitine maintenance. They are very professional, knowledgeable, honest, friendly amd fair with their pricing. Highly recommend this company if in need of servicing or repair.
Sean is trustworthy and polite. I will continue to only go to Sean for everything a/c related. He doesn’t try to sell anything that you don’t need, and he accommodates your need as soon as possible. As far as timeliness mentioned, he is, but it’s understandable when/if another job takes longer than estimated (and it’s understandable that he can’t always respond ASAP when he’s with another customer on the job). He does a great job and his prices aren’t outrageous like another company. He does what is necessary and doesn’t stall.
Our upstairs split A/C system went out and Sean responded back to us in a quick manner. He made a house call and described every step, while answering every question, during the assessment. He was very knowledgeable and patient, giving a fair price and determination of the problem/solution. The dumb lizard got fried on our circuit board but Sean took care of us and got our A/C unit up and running. He had excellent follow-up regarding post fix questions and I highly recommend his company/service for any of your A/C concerns. Thanks Sean!
Got a prompt quote from Sean. Didn't end up using them but sean was very knowledgable.
Though we had previous frustrations with trying to get any response from anyone at A/C Star, Sean has since reached out, assisted us with our unit, and made things right. We appreciate his help on this, especially with the realization that getting assistance or service of any kind on the North Shore can be a real challenge. A/C Star has since gone out of its way to make sure we got the help that we need.
