He fixed a small issue and only charge the service fee. Nothing more! Very nice guy. Update 6-8-2023. Holy crow! We decided to just upgrade our system, instead of keep fixing the 22 year old one. That was Monday the 5th. In 3 days, Sonny arranged financing, got the equipment, had the crew out here and my AC is in and installed in a day!! A Day. They cleaned up everything, everyone got along, no cussing, no arguing, completely professional. I would 100% recommend Sonny... every day and twice on Sunday!
I haven't used Sonny for repair yet but I had my ac fan motor dying. After calling many shops, most just interested in selling me a new unit, Sonny called me back, he was upfront about pricing and service call. We also discussed installing a new HVAC as mine is 27 years old, his estimate was half of any others I had spoken with. I'm leaving a review because he was upfront, honest and forthright, all hard to find these days. I will call him in the future as I think I've finally found my HVAC guy!
My heat pump went out on me yesterday and i thought i was gonna die. I called several people and all they wanted to know was if I had enough money to pay them, after most telling me they wouldn't be able to make it until at least tomorrow. Sonny asked me what it was doing, then he said he would be there in a little while. He came and fixed my unit without hesitation in a professional courteous manner. I would not only recommend him to others but i will use him again if the need ever arises.
My wife is a Nurse and works night shift. Our A/C stopped blowing cold air around 3am. By 5am it was already 82 degrees in the house and climbing. The weather said it’s supposed to reach 103. My wife can not sleep when it’s hot and so needed to get my A/C running again as quickly as possible. Called Sonny and he came right out. He determined that I had a bad capacitor and showed me how he came to that conclusion. He was very knowledgeable and great at explaining things to me. He was able to get our A/C back up and running in a little under an hour. I will use them again and highly recommend them to anyone needing A/C or heating work.
My A/C stopped working this afternoon. I called several places, most said two days to 1 month. Some didn't return my call. Sonny promptly returned my call, gave me a time he could be here and was upfront about cost of service call. He was here when he said he would be, he and his partner were very courteous and went above and beyond to fix the unit and make sure it was running properly. I will definitely use them for my maintenance calls and will definitely be recommending their services!
Sunny was so polite and knowledgeable! He answered all of our questions and explained everything he was doing! He was able to come same day and was on time. I will definitely recommend him to a friend.
Sonny responded the same day to fix my heating system. Very knowledgeable and friendly and made me feel very comfortable. He explained everything he was doing and was able to fix it. He told me if I had any other issues he would come back out. I did wind up having a different issue and it was minor. He again came out the same day. I have never written a review for anyone but more than happy to let everyone know that he knows what he is doing and a pleasure to work with!
AC service was very professional, reliable, efficient and did a excellent job.
We will be sure to use and recommend this service in the future. They came out when no one else responded, professional, knowledgeable and went above and beyond to get a part for our very old unit to avoid us the cost of replacing the entire thing. When there was a small a small issue with first repair they came out right away to correct it. Skip everyone else and call this number!
Well I was having a surprise 50th birthday for my wife and my ac completely quit like 2 hrs before I called sunny and it was after hrs hot hot hot! Day and I could tell he had put in a full day he was very prompt and got right on it and bam before party A/C baby I highly recommend them!! Happy customer

Great service! Have used Mr. Sneed twice and he was great both times. First time for repair if all duct work and compressor. Second time for annual service. Very reasonable, thoroughly explained everything.
