Took my phone call early in the morning, came out even after having prior plans today to help me! He kept me updated with times. Got my air conditioning working after DTE blew a transformer in my furnace. Professional, positive attitude and was wonderful to have in my home! Update. Called for a second time - was a bad experience. Messaged him on 7/4/2023 and asked for availability for 7/5. He said he could be there. Messaged at 7:55am on 7/5 to ask him to keep me informed for the time of his arrival. He said no problem. Did not hear anything back. Had my fiancé call at 1:37pm - told him it wouldn’t be long. I messaged him 4:12pm again since he hadn’t shown up. He didn’t even read my message till 5:20pm. Saying he needed to reschedule for the next day because he ran out of gas. Unprofessional and a lack of communication. Would not recommend.
Anthony was very flexible in his schedule and was able to diagnose the issue on my AC Compressor and provide a repair service. Very quick service and his focus was on fixing the problem and not on selling a new unit.
Helped us in an emergency! And was here within the hour. And fixed our furnace within two hours!!! Amazing work. Friendly and very knowledgeable. And saved us money. Thank you so much!!!
Anthony and his team were able to work us in although super busy. We really appreciate their help and direction for our churches AC system. We will definitely use this company again.
Anthony the owner of Acees heating and cooling is the best. You will never get a better experience with somebody who is extremely honest loving and caring. Whenever I'm in a crisis I make a phone call and he immediately saves me from my situation as I am off landlord of 10 units and two houses. You cannot go wrong dealing with Anthony and his company because they are extra dry ordinary and their line of work but the best part of all as they are so trustworthy.
It’s just a couple of trustworthy guys that care about doing a good job. I bought a AC unit and furnace from them. They installed it in one day and it looks and works perfectly
Had a leak with our boiler over the Christmas holiday and they came out to assess and repair. The work was professional, quick and it didn't break the bank. Especially for coming out on a holiday. Highly recommend!
Came out next day after we had a heating issue. And out heat was fixed in a timely manner. Definitely have an appointment set up for him to check my AC before the summer comes. Thank you Anthony.

Anthony and the guys he brought with him were phenomenal- polite, efficient, and super helpful. On the coldest dy of this year they came out and put in new furnace in pretty much no time. Will be happy to use them again in the summer for our AC. Wont go anywhere else😁

Had a problem with a 23 yr. old AC unit. Contacted AC 's Heating and Cooling. Owner (Anthony) and co-worker (Joey) were over relatively quickly. Unit had to be replaced. Anthony took a lot of time looking at/discussing details of potential system options, including improvements, timing, warranties, rebates and costs. Wound up getting entire system replaced. Process was not a hard sell but very comfortable and informative. Both Anthony and Joey were were friendly, patient and professional in their work, taking time to answer questions and demonstrate their work ethics. Very happy with the whole process and would highly recommend their services if you are in need.

Anthony at AC's heating and cooling helped us out in a big way in a pinch. He was able to get us a part when our Capacitor failed on a hot summer day. He provided us with the exact part we needed at around 6 pm business day because he was out working and seemed to care about our problem. He was even available after the fact when we were self installing it for over the phone coaching so we could install it correctly with safety in mind. Would recommend his expertise and his dedication to getting a fix to anyone.
Had their Technician Anthony go over our furnace and certify it for the sale of my home. He was very nice, professional and walked me through everything he was doing. Great job, good employee representing your company.
Anthony was extremely helpful and prompt and was able to diagnose the problem with our AC unit over the phone and with pictures.
We have used AC’s on 3 occasions so far between the last year (system repair/maintenance) and this year (for maintenance and a rental inspection) and we have always been pleased with not only the work done but also the punctuality, communication, responsiveness, and overall professionalism from AC’s Heating & Cooling.
