Where to begin? From the beginning since I got the contract for them to change my AC they promised me they would change everything, once they got here they refused to change the duck tubs. Plus they wanted to charge me more to do so. I had to argue the fact they agreed to do so at the beginning of our agreement. The processes with them was beyond stressful. I've kept having problems and problems and problems with them and currently am, AC unit still isn't working properly, the AC still doesn't cool down the house. A year later conviently the AC goes out. The tech guy came out to look at my unit he stated there was wires that are "old" not once did they inform me of this and thats the reason why it's gone out, and in order for them to fix the problem for 1200 for the repairs! How convenient of them... yet I'm paying a monthly fee for no appereant reason. Very unprofessional!
