Alex came out same night. Within 20 minutes. Fixed within an hour. Repaired A/C unit. House is cold! Excellent service. Highly recommend his company.
Even though the reviews were good, it's always hard to trust a repair company off the bat. However, ALEX REALLY DELIVERED. He came by the SAME DAY I called, even late into the evening to better fit our schedule. He promised on the phone, "don't worry you will go to sleep with AC tonight." He is a man of his word! He came in with a smile on his face, ready to work, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed everything right away. He even took time at the end of his long day to share a few pointers on how to run the AC efficiently. We truly appreciated his hard work and great personality. This guy knows what he's doing and runs his business fairly. We couldn't be happier with the service!
24/7 Air repair was our fourth call and they were able to come out right away. The technician Alex was professional and provided options on our repair. We also had the chance to enroll in a preventive maintenance program...which will keep major repairs to a minimum
