The service is so personal. Very fast response. The owner is very kind and friendly. He will tell you exactly what problem is occurring and he doesnt try to force a new system on you. He will fix it until it just be fixed any longer! Thank You!
Showed up late. Technician was unpleasant. The quote seemed high so we called another company and got a better deal. Seems like their prices reflect on how their day is going.
My AC unit and heater/furnace are one and the same. The main unit sits outside and an "air handler" in the attic decides which system to use. It can get very expensive. When the NV Energy bill hit $300 in January, I knew it was time for someone to look at the heater. After Rich climbed into the attic through the tiniest of spaces, he came down 8 minutes later with the answer! A wire had come loose and after the wind had it banging against the metal housing, it created a circuit and kicked the "emergency heat" on. Rich told us that was the reason for the high bills, reattached the wire and charged us for just a service call! When I need any ac or heater repairs I will call AC Repair Las Vegas first. They have made a customer for life!

Second time we have used Rich and his crew at one of our properties, both were great experiences. He's now completed both a furnace installation and an air conditioner installation for us. If you are in Las Vegas and need AC Repair help this is the best HVAC company I have found.
Came to my place same day!! Needed to repair my heater after last nights really cold temps. Tech found that I had a clogged filter and the entire unit needed to be cleared and cleaned. The clogged mess was gross, but they cleaned it all and replaced the filters...Very Happy!! Thanks so Much!!!

These guys are good, professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable with all questions I had and took the time to explain everything. I appreciate their seasonal checkups that they call and offer each year to perform preventative maintenance. They really know what they are doing. Great company!
Our experience with Rich was great when our a/c unit went out. He showed up when he said he would and seemed to be really honest and genuine when reviewing what our options were to get a/c going in our house again. He would also explain what he was looking at when going through diagnosing the problem (we wanted to have a learning experience out of the situation). I would absolutely recommend him to friends or family to use.
Awesome and fast service at an great price! I had a carbon monoxide leak from my old furnace and it needed to be replaced. AC Repair Las Vegas were there the same day and replaced both my furnace and ac the next day at a fraction of the cost other companies wanted to charge me. They were on time, polite, and did a great job. I'm very happy with their services!
I called AC Repair Las Vegas because I was having issues with my furnace. These were great, they showed up on time, explained the problem and fixed it cheaper than the two other companies that gave me quotes. Def not going to search around next time I need furnace repair.

Our AC needed extensive repair and since it's our rental property, the work needed to be done well, in a timely fashion and affordably. I feel that we got all of that, no question. This isn't something that I can check on often and I needed to know that it was done properly. I really felt like everything was professional, top quality, but that I wasn't being gouged on price. Thanks so much!
