Heater went out during cold weather. Technician came out the next day, and fixed it right away. Also had them change out my thermostat, and will be using them in the future for system maintenance.
It turned out to be an easy repair. I would rate five-star for the whole service. Everyone was nice and very accommodating. The technician showed up on time and did a great job fixing up my ac that was not turning off. He cleaned out the parts and fixed the damaged ones. He went above and beyond assessing other problems. After an hour of service, everything was fixed and my unit was running back to normal. If you need reasonable hvac repairs, I would strongly recommend this company.
Always very helpful and great to work with! They even had a different quote that was more cost-effective compared to other HVAC repair service companies. The technician did the ac and heating repair without any problem in just a couple of hours. We called West Hollywood A/C Repair to schedule a heating and AC repair service and by 11:30 AM and Parker had arrived. He was very polite, professional and did a thorough job of inspecting our unit in a reasonable amount of time. Before leaving he had both discussed the results and emailed them to us. Glad we are s had excellent experiences with Parker in the past.
Pricy, but best hvac contractors! Josh was very responsive to all my questions. He came when he said he would- and texted half an hour before he arrived and fixed my ac. I felt cool instantly. He even fixed my daughter's lamp, which had stopped working!
West Hollywood A/C Repair came out the same day I called and did the Air Conditioning installation perfectly. They are the best company to go. The price was right and affordable. Communication about the job was excellent. Their crews were extremely polite, on time, clean, and explained things along the way. We're extremely pleased with the entire process. I called on a Saturday with an urgent repair I needed taken care of. Sevan came out same day on Saturday and took care of 2 units at an apartment building that weren’t working. Gave me a very fair price and fixed them both within a couple hours. I would definitely call Sevan and West Hollywood ac again, thank you !
Changing one $12 piece and charging $790 ! How does it feel to be stolen.... May be this is the price to pay to get a quick service. I've called this morning this company to check my AC Unit. The unit is now fixed, thank you. They have changed a $12 piece + add some Freon without any warranty for a total of $790. The global operation was done in less than 15 minutes. The service was great but how you can charge so much this price for 15 minutes + $12 of piece !!! How does it feel to be stolen...

This air conditioning repair company did a wonderful job repairing the air conditioner at my house. I considered it a dire emergency when the a/c cut off last week. I immediately called this business. My best friend had recommended this company so I knew I could trust them with the big job. This is a serious expense for me so I wanted to make sure only a competent professional that was experienced would work on my ac unit. I was not disappointed. This really is the best air conditioner repair company. The person I spoke with on the phone was very upbeat and pleasant to speak with. I could tell that they really cared about me getting this issue resolved. They were attentive to my needs. I would call this company for any ac repair issues, I recommend anyone to do the same, they are great.
Another year and another issue with my heating and air conditioning - it seems like every summer for the past few years I have needed to call a company to come in to take a look at my system. This time, I decided to go with someone new rather than back to the well and find out that I am still having problems. I called these folks and was very satisfied with their service. The technician named Mike arrived on time and was very professional. He took very detailed notes and identified the problem after tinkering for about an hour. The quote he offered was very fair so I decided to take it. After two days of visits, the work was done. For the past 15 months I have not had a problem with my HVAC units, and I owe it to the professional services of this company. I highly recommend them for anyone who doesn't know where to start or who to turn to!
Through the first few years of owning my home I wasn't even aware that I need to get the air ducts cleaned. Then one day I was having some people over and some how the discussion came up. I told them that I had never got my ducts cleaned and they stressed how important it was for me to do it as soon as possible. When this air duct cleaning company showed up they could tell that they had quite a job on their hands but since they are an honest company they did not charge me any more even though it would have been reasonable if they would have. These folks had a lot of work to do that day but they worked hard and got it done as quickly as they could. I was impressed with how well they cleaned up after the job.
