Amazing service! Freon was low and a/c stopped cooling on a Sat. nite. He was over within 20 min., checked and found considerable icing. He came back early Sun. morning and fixed the problem and did maintenance on the unit. All of this with a smile, very knowledgeable, and a very fair price. I don't think I will ever use anyone else!

Sami is a great guy and very professional. He was very prompt with the appointment and he did what it needed to be done to get my AC back to working properly. It was the capacitor that had a problem and he replaced it thinking that I needed the other one replaced as well since both units were about the same age. Please be careful and ask for price quote before getting anything done. People will charge you for whatever you’re willing to pay no matter how honest or professional they seem.
We discovered at 6:00 pm that our AC unit was not cooling. I completed a quick Google search and saw that Sammi had ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ with more than 80 reviews. He responded on the second ring and came to our home within less than two hours! He educated us on the capacitor issue and informed us that we needed to change our air filter. He has competitive rates and resolved our issue in less than 30 minutes! Thank you so much! I have saved his information for future reference!

I have never had an AC repair company not try and sell me a new unit no matter what the issue was. Best AC company I have ever hired in my 21 years of living in Allen. If you don't use AC Repair Allen, you're probably getting ripped off. Honest, Fair, and Professional.

Have used Sami’s services for several years for both residence & business, and he has delivered top notch service every single time! Most recent was couple of weeks ago when one of the condenser units stopped working and 2nd floor temperatures increased quickly. Sami came literally within the hour & repaired the unit. Also performed other maintenance services. He is very honest and his prices are fair. Highly recommend Sami!!

Sami has helped with my heating and cooling issues for over two years. He always answers my calls / texts immediately except for a few rare occasions when he was busy, and in those occasions he would always call / text me back in just a few minutes. This is very important as knowing when he would come to address the issue would give a pease of mind to me and my family. He always tries to fix the problem as soon as possible, even late at night. As an example, for an urgent AC issue last Friday, he came to address it at 11 pm!! He is very knowledgable. Usually he would identify the root cause in no time and fix the problem quickly. In one occasion, soon after arriving, he identified the incorrect wiring by an installer as the root cause of the heating issue and fixed the problem shortly. In another occasion, shortly after arriving, he identified a bad capacitor as the root cause of the AC problem, replaced the capacitor, and hence fixed the problem. His price is very reasonable and fair. He is honest, letting you know what was wrong and what was fixed, sometime with attached pictures. He even instructed me over the phone for me to fix some simple problems by myself. In one occasion, my outside secondary AC drain was dripping water. He encouraged me over the phone for me to check and unclog the main AC drain at a bathroom sink. Rarely a repair service would like to do so!!!
This man is excellent! Our AC went out mid-day when the temp was already in the high 90s. My home warranty wasn't going to be able to have their company come out to fix it for six days. I did some searching and was impressed with what I saw for AC Repair Allen, and decided to give Sami a call. He was super helpful on the phone even before I agreed to the work. He arrived within a couple hours THAT SAME DAY! He had great communication walking me through what needed to be fixed and how he was fixing it. The pricing was very fair and we had our AC fixed in a matter of hours. He even waited 24 hours to collect payment to make sure everything was going to be good with our system. I highly recommend using next time you need some AC help.
