Technician came out and looked at the unit stating the float for the drain was bad. Didn't check the power going to the unit. After he left it was still not working right. Called back and was told it would be Thursday afternoon before someone would come look at it. After looking more at the issue I found one duct completely unhooked and dumping air into the crawlspace. I fixed that myself. Contacted a different company to come look at the unit as it still wasn't working correctly and found the capacitor to be faulty. A $55 Part and 30 min. fixed the issue. Do not recommend.
The AC Pros Quoted me a good price and worked with me on my schedule to come an replace my old AC and Heat unit. I would recommend this company to my friends.
If I could give them 10 stars I would. They were professional, punctual, and great to work with. They were very kind and explained to me what needed to be done. They didn’t try to upsell or tell me that something needed to be fixed when it didn’t need to be fixed. They were very honest, these are the only guys I will ever use. I would recommend them to everybody. I called on Tuesday and immediately received a response. They showed up, fixed the issue, had parts on hand and were very knowledgeable. You can tell these guys know what they are talking about. Did I mention that they are very honest ? Absolutely amazing service and I will NEVER use anyone else but them. Thank you guys so much!
Got a mini split installed from these guys and they were very affordable and professional! They were half the price compared to other competitors. Super easy to work with and communicate with! Would highly recommend
Quick friendly service by very intelligent and well educated guys! Got the best new unit for my home for a price that couldn't be beat. We had several HVAC companies come out and give us a quote on the replacement of an old unit upstairs. They took their time to give me information on all that was gonna need to be done. I felt really comfortable hiring them because I felt they took the time to study how it was going to be done before they gave me a quote they weren't gonna be able to keep. I would highly recommend them.
These guys were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable. Our unit was previously installed incorrectly and they corrected the issues and installed our new system!
