Service was very professional and quick. Got same day service and dee was great to have work on my ac unit. Will definitely use again if needed.
We were incredibly lucky to find AC Perfect! Our air conditioner needed replaced and we had gotten a few quotes that seemed extremely high. We called AC Perfect on tuesday night and Dee came out first thing wednesday morning to give us a quote. His quote was half the prices we had previously received for comparable equipment. He ended up replacing the entire system the same day and had us back working before bed! Dee and Billy were very professional and courteous would definitely recommend.
Dee is great! He was here within an hr of calling him. Prices were very reasonable. No one wants to deal with A/C being out in the middle of June, but Dee professionalism and customer service really made it less painful. Would definitely recommend AC Perfect in Zachary.
On time, on a Sunday, had all parts needed on the truck. Would def use this service again.
GREAT service! Called them on a work night and they came out in the next hour. Very pleased with the work and how thorough they were. They kept me updated on everything going on -in detail- as they were working. Had some unexpected set backs, but they kept a super positive attitude and found a way to get the AC working for us! Quick & efficient professional results
Fast and friendly and reliable service. Our unit was on the fritz and needed to get checked out around 6PM. He got here in about 30 minutes and looked everything over for us. We'll definitely give them business in the future.
