We've had Andrew come out a couple times to service our A/C. In both cases, he was extremely responsive and prompt. He's been great about explaining what the problems were and is obviously extremely knowledgeable. He'll continue to be our first call in the future for any HVAC related service.

We received an immediate response... a clear, easy to understand, reasonable estimate for a new system followed by a quick turnaround time to install. Now our home smells great! Crispy clean and cool air ! The unit is very quiet and efficient. Best call EVER!!! Cannot tell you how much we appreciate your help and hard work! We heartily recommend this company.
We would highly recommend Andrew for any of your needs, We found him on short notice while in a bind to get our ac unit moved quickly as we were having concrete poured. He was there the next day to remove it and back when we were ready to have it reinstalled. Andrew was very kind and professional his communication was excellent. If you like to support small business I would highly recommend you use him. I know we plan to use him for our yearly maintenance.
We recently had Andrew come and complete the AC install in our new home and upgrade our thermostat. He made excellent recommendations for our situation and clearly explained what we would need and why. Pricing was incredibly reasonable and I would not hesitate to hire him for any future work we may need. I highly recommend him and already have to a few of my friends.

Andrew was highly recommended by our neighbors and he rocked out replacing our 21 year old furnance. We got 3 quotes and he was the cheapest. He came out immediately to provide quote and to install the new furnance after driving a long distance to get the one we needed that others couldn't get locally. Our furnace is in a tight room in the basement and he was able to make it all work in just a few hours. We watched him bend lots of metal to make a box to fit our tight spaces perfectly. We got a great furnance for a great deal installed super quickly and it is working perfectly in Vancouver and he let us use his space heaters to keep us warm the first night. He wore his mask, booties over his shoes, and put down clothes to keep the house clean - wouldn't know he was there. Removed all the nasty old parts and cleaned up well, but the reason you should use him is that he is super nice, trustworthy and COMPETENT. Do yourself a favor and give him a call.
We used AC NW Heating and Cooling to install a new gas furnace and tankless water heater. We called through to a couple of places and got some quotes, and we went with AC NW Heating because they were professional, quick to start, and gave the best price point (for similar products and services). For someone like me (who doesn't know much about heating systems), Andrew explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and answered all my questions thoroughly. On a later date he came back and did maintenance on our electric fire place - which also works substantially better now too. I would recommend AC NW Heating and Cooling to everyone.
Andrew was excellent. He came to our house and gave us three quotes on three ductless systems that would work for our house. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We had quotes from other hvac companies. He beat there prices and gave us a better system for our house. We had him replace radiant ceiling heat with a ductless system with ducts in each room. We could not be happier with our heating and energy efficiency this winter. You won't be disappointed by using AC NW Heating and Cooling and you will save money using them.

After many years of fighting with portable AC window units we finally had enough. We had Andy with AC NW Heating and Cooling install a new high efficiency furnace and AC unit.
