My technician's name was Brian. He was on time, very professional, and understanding. He asked what was going on. Although, I couldn't really explain the problem, he took the time to look and figured out exactly what the problem was. He explained it to me so I would know what was going on and told me if it happened again to call him no matter the time. Thank you so much!
He was on time for appointment and didn’t waste any time working on installing a new AC unit for me. Very professional and will use again for future AC and or Heating needs.
