All Cool with AC Cool
We are very happy with our new system, we couldn't have picked a more reliable and knowledgeable company. When our old system started to fail a friend recommended ACcool. During the time we were dealing with our old system staff were very patient and helpful, before coming out for a repair they'd give us different advice over the phone, walked us through different steps in hopes we could fix the problem and save us money. They kept our old unit running for much longer than we expected thanks to their expertise. When we made the decision to invest in a new unit, Paul gave us different options and good advice based on our family's needs. We have been extremely happy and comfortable with our new unit and with the whole process. All technicians were always very clean, helpful and respectful, they had everything installed and running without hiccups, everything went really smooth. ACcool is the only company we will use for our hvac needs from now on.
Jeff Allen fixed the innside blower in just a few minutes. A blowen capacitor. A very honest company and if you want to reward this kind of honesty call AC Cool. Another company told me I needed a new system, $20,000
The most professional crew I have experienced in a long time. Kate listened to my cry for cool air and was so helpful in every step of the process. Paul took his time to figure out the best solutions for our replacement of new HVAC system. The crew was on time, clean, courteous, professional, and they all worked very well as a team. We are beyond impressed with their service and will recommend them to anyone I know that needs repair or replacement. All around a Great Job!!
Great service although due to the pandemic and delays with industry cert check I'm still waiting to complete the process a year-and-a-half later.
Best service ever! So hard to get good customer service on the phone nowadays, but Katie in the AC office hit it out of the park. I was so pleasantly surprised with her kindness & friendliness, as well as her thorough knowledge of air conditioning- really helpful. Then, when the service tech Jess came out, I was even more impressed. Really professional, on time to the minute, thorough, unhurried, a fount of information, friendly, and he took the time to answer all my questions and diagnose and fix both my wine cellar cooler issue and air conditioning problems. All very reasonable to boot. I would HIGHLY recommend AC Cool.
Could not be happier. Thought I needed a new heater and AC as both units were very old. They fixed the AC by replacing the fuse and it's working great. The heater was close to 30 years old and did need to be replaced. These folks provided the most competitive quote we received. Arrived on time and did an outstanding job. Left the work area cleaner than when they arrived. Pleasure to work with.
I am a very particular person, and AC Cool met absolutely all my needs. From product selection, to installation, to system design, they are absolutely the best. Believe me - I interviewed more than a dozen before going with them. They met all deadlines. Communication was regular and flawless. No details were left unaddressed, and they brought considerable expertise to the project. The project was done on time and UNDER budget! And I live in Cerritos where the inspectors are extra picky! Just as an aside, I want to mention the energy savings. My electric bill is 25% of what it was before - not a typo. It really is only a quarter of the prior cost - and I don't skimp on AC. To be fair, I also did complete LED lighting to save on energy, but the AC system is a HUGE factor in the savings. This project was well worth the cost. Paul, Kate, and the rest of the team are truly the best. Do not install a new furnace or AC without interviewing them.
Honest, affordable, and competent. I couldn't ask for more. AC Cool did a great job installing a new air conditioning system in our home. I would recommend them to anyone in need of HVAC service.
The best recommendation a person can give is to say that they would definitely use them again. That's where I am at now! They were quick adn thorough. Part of the reason I am writing this review is so that next year when I will likely need to replace my 20 year old unit, I will know who to call :-)

I have known Paul for a few years now and appreciate both his friendship as well as his HVAC and refrigeration expertise. Paul has come to our rescue a few times with regard to repairing our AC unit and our freezer. Paul is honest and trustworthy. All of his recommendations for repairs were performed at minimal expense; we were anticipating worst case scenarios for both units. Paul reassured us that normal wear and tear on both the AC and Heating elements require some routine maintenance. I have him come over ever season to service our AC system and change our filters. He is a terrific local businessman that I highly recommend to anyone that needs HVAC or refrigeration expertise.

Hello! I have been so pleased for several years with A/C Cool. I have had them remove an OLD wall gas heater and replace it with a forced-air heater AND A/C. This was a difficult retrofit in a vintage Corona del Mar home we have owned for 50 years!
