My unit was making noise and then the AC wouldn't cool the house past 85 degrees. Hector came and took care of us, he went up to the roof and now we are ice cold. Thank you AC Captain!!
Called on 6-20-22. Sent estimate 6-20-22. Installed new unit 6-20-22. Can’t ask for better service than that. Hector was great. Didn’t leave until everything was in workin order. Would definitely recommend this company

My AC stopped cooling yesterday. I called Mr Sani today and asked urgent service. I was scheduled for 12 pm. Hector showed up on time. He fixed it in less than half an hour. He changed capacitor. I am happy with fast service and quick repair. I recommend this company for everybody.
Excellent service! The team was great at communicating every step of the way, from the speedy scheduling of my appointment to the ETA of the technician on the day. My Air conditioning unit fixed speedily and the entire system is now whisper quiet! The technician was also wonderful at explaining exactly what he was doing and why. All this, while wearing a mask and charging a very competitive fee! Hector know what he is doing.
AC Captain so far was the best AC company I have dealt with. The have high regards to their customers and they are very honest too. Highly recommended and second to none! Try their service and you wont regret.

This company is fabulous! I used them twice so far. Once to move an air return, and duct from the bottom wall to the ceiling, and also to fix my heater. This will be the only company I trust for my A/C and heater needs. They are swift , reasonable, and most of all HONEST!!!! Thank you Captain AC !!

Hector, their lead technician is a well experienced A/C technician with experience in various other handyman projects. I will admit, my install of two completely new units, compressor and furnace, did not go 100% smoothly. We had issues due to the extreme Las Vegas heat, the design of my attic, and a newer tech they were trying to bring on to train. HOWEVER, even after paying a day or so "early" before the install was complete, Amin and Hector were NEVER out of reach by phone, they continued until the job was 100% complete. Even on the weekends! Hector went above and beyond ensuring even the cleanup went smoothly after a few mistakes were made, correcting errors in the install and paying, out of his own pocket, trusted companies (who also are related to him) to come in and clean, repair, and leave my home better than they found it. -- Then he came back to ensure it met his high standards. Not to mention, AC Captain beat most other companies in Vegas by a mile when it came to the price of my install. AC Capitan is a small and newer company, but they get by through pride in their work, and ensuring their customers are 100% satisfied even after they get paid. They will not leave you stranded, and I now have a network of people who I will call on for all of my home needs, all of which have the same high standards that Hector holds in his own work. Thanks for keeping my home "cool", and for the new friendship.

Everytime I call them they send someone to make sure everything is working goo, their price are lower than others and have friendly service tech. I definitely recommend them. This company offered me the lowest price and refrigeration and annual maintenance, they charge us only $100 for entire year, tune up and cleaning. I would definitely recommend them.
