I am so grateful for AC alpha techs. This company is truly there for you in the time of need. My ac went out at about 3 am and Boris was able to get to me less than an hour and had my ac working like new before sunrise! The professionalism and quality of work is second to none. I will be using this company for my future needs.
Around 1 a.m. we awoke to a loud whistling noise coming from our AC unit. Manual said to turn off and call a professional as it could do more damage if left on. My husband called multiple people on a list he pulled from online and AC Alpha Techs was the ONLY company claiming to be open 24 hours that answered. AC Alpha Tech is truly a 24-hour company. Boris came in a timely manner, respected the sleeping people in the house with limited noise, and had us fixed within an hour. Super professional and reliable. Thank you.
My AC is going into 14 years now so it requires regular maintenance specially during summer time. I called Alpha Techs to unclog the pipeline when my unit started leaking. I'm happy to say the service was fast and efficient. 2 days later I had a problem with the outside unit where a cable had burned out. They came out to fix that problem as well and kept in touch to make sure everything was working properly, which it was. I'd recommend their services to anyone.
