Excellent service provided from this company of professional gentlemen from the time that they arrived until completion of the job of restoring our air conditioner performance. The company agreed to the job, confirmed their appointment and not only arrived on time but was able to give us an earlier service time! Today March 21, 2022, I had the pleasure of having Dante Miller's son Dante Miller Jr. with Abundant Air Solutions LLC service my A/C and Heating System. I accepted the discount offer last week for their Spring Tune-Up. Dante Jr. arrived on time, was very professional, provided excellent service, and answered all my questions. Before leaving, he explained everything he did and that my system was running great. I first met Mr. Dante Miller Sr. and his son on July 10, 2020, when they came to install a new A/C and Heating System in my son's home because his old system was beyond repair. It was hot that summer. But, I must say they did an excellent job. I was also having problems with my A/C and Heating System, so I asked Mr. Miller for his business card so that I could call and set up an appointment to have my system serviced. He had his sons with him (In Training) that day, and they were very professional. I've been with Abundant Air Solutions LLC since I made that call back in 2020. Mr. Dante Miller cares about his customers, and he treats you with the utmost respect. He listens to you when you explain the problem you're having, and he will then service your system to see just where the problem lies. He will then explain what he found wrong, if it can be repaired, and the best solution to get your unit back working again. Should you ever need someone who knows thoroughly about A/C and Heating Systems, whether it's to repair something, replace a worn-out part, or even if it's to install a whole new system, Mr. Dante Miller with Abundant Air Solutions LLC is the one to call. Great services , great attitudes and great family business
I called abundant air solutions today and they were able to get out to my house the same day and they also arrived at the time they said they would . They worked around my work schedule and came out after hours to accommodate me.Dantae Miller jr. was professional and respectful he fixed my issue in a timely manner and cleaned up behind himself. He also explained details to me . I will continue to use Abundant air solutions for all my cooling and heating needs. Thank you so much my system is working just fine now .
Dante was great; he got my broken unit fixed really quickly and was happy to answer my questions about it. I’ll definitely call him for my next AC issue.
Don't call this company unless you wan't to call another company 4 days later to fix the mistakes. The technician from AAS wasn't even confident when he left my house and told me to contact them again if I had any issue. AAS refused to return my call and now I have another company coming out and another deductible to pay.
Mr Miller is such a Great guy. He's professional, hardworking and answers all your questions and most importantly, he listens. I would highly recommend Abundant Air Solutions to anyone needing HVAC repair. Thank you again Mr Miller!
Very unprofessional one excuse after the next. After coming to my home the first time I was told a part had to be order & they would be back the next week to repair the issue when the part came in. Didn’t hear from anyone in three weeks so I called them was told that the part hasn’t came in. Four days later received a phone call stating my part was in and they would be there a week later between 2-4. Took off from work waiting a no show! No phone call no anything so again I call them. After being placed on hold someone came back to tell me that there system somehow kicked my appointment out & that they could come the next day. I was beyond upset. I asked what time after expressing my feelings in regards to the matter. The owner come on the line to say he could be there at 7:30 am & asked me if that was ok, I agreed. Today is the morning of my appointment the owner still shows up 17 minutes late. Absolutely unbelievable. If this company is on rotation with your home warranty company call and request someone else. If your looking for an AC company run from this one.
Very professional and personable. The owner was very knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience. He had a helper (his son) with him for just such a tight job in our attic. I was very impressed with the job performed and overall customer service. I will most definitely refer them anyone who is in need of havoc work.
