Excellent customer service! We had a problem develop over the weekend, so I left a message to call me on Monday for repairs (was not super urgent as it was cool outside). I received a call back at 8am Monday morning and the tech was in my home by noon. Very professional and quickly corrected our issue. Will keep this number on speed dial for future needs!
1. Tech came out and "repaired" my AC without telling me diagnostics first and having my warranty ok it first. $400.00 2. I called the next day to let them know, it was still not working properly, Janna said that it would be another $85.00 to come back out there. I told her i already paid the service fee, she said "well, it was running when he left" i said "yeah, it was running before he got there too, and still running today" but thats the problem, it was running but not cooling. These people are crooks. I have never had this kind of experience before, i hope more people read this, and just find someone else....because i feel like they could warranty there work for at least 30 days, and not charge me another service fee after i gave them one not even 24 hours before.
I am a Realtor and I just called to ask for a quote for one of my clients. When I explained what I needed, the woman put me on hold, then came back and said that "we aren't interested." and hung up on me. I asked how much they charge to go to the home and run a quote, and explained that the repairs were lender required. Regardless, their company would have been paid for the quote or for the repair. I absolutely DO NOT recommend contacting them.

Don't work here. Daniel is cool but if his dad, the owner, is having a bad day you will get fired for no reason.
Great experience and service. The Tech came out quickly on a hot, summer Saturday afternoon. He was friendly and fixed the problem in minutes.
We called Absolute Value A/C at 6pm. They showed up 23 min later on a Sunday nite ! The breaker was tripped so we did not need any repair. The owner was gracious enough to only charge us $50. They are awesome and HONEST !!!!
Our A/C broke down and we started calling around at 5 o'clock on a Thursday in June. Everyone was booked or wanted to charge hit us with after hours fees. Absolute Value A/C said they'd be out with no after hour fees. Randy came out and looked at our system. He was friendly and got us up and running quickly. Gonna use them for all future work.
Normally, I hate calling repair companies - I consider myself somewhat of a handyman, but part of being a good handyman is realizing when you need to call a professional. I've called Absolute Value A/C out 2 times in the past 3 years, and both times they've come out within an hour or two of my call. They diagnose the issue quickly, and repairs were made in less than an hour. They are very friendly, and don't seem to mind that I hang around and ask questions. They always take the time to explain what they're looking at and why they think it's the problem. Absolute Value A/C provides fast, quality service at a reasonable price. I will continue to call them for all of my needs.
Absolute Value -Daniel Blair - is the most professional, courteous, and HONEST, and dependable Tech I have ever encountered. I wish every Tech I need for home repairs took lessons from Daniel. I initially called his company at 2:30 am several years ago as my 15 plus year old unit bit the dust in August! Came to the house at 3:00 am and got it going till we could get it replaced. This was several years ago. Replaced the Unit and last night at 11:00pm the blower motor went out. Called Daniel and he was at my house at 11:20 pm to diagnose it. Back this am at 9 am to replace part. He's reasonably priced and does what he says he will. I refer him to everyone I know as he is the absolute BEST. In Houston, Tx in the Summer, an incredible AC man is PRICELESS!
I Called Daniel last Sunday around 6pm for a AC problem and he came to my house in 30 min, that was wonderful..., He was fast, professional and punctual, prices are great, So I'm very happy and I highly recommend this company!! Thanks Daniel for your great work and your patience! Peter Kim
We called late one evening and Daniel came over that night and worked on our AC until it was fixed. He was professional and honest! Our AC hadn't worked right for years but thanks to Daniel it's fixed and we are COLD. Prices are very reasonable and I will recommend this company and this tech in the future! Thank you!

You could never ask for anyone to give you the punctuality of service that we have received from Daniel. He is probably one of the most polite and respectful individuals that we have ever met in the customer service environment. Daniel is someone you can depend on and trust.
