Wow, I am just unbelievably impressed with Absolute. I feel like they charge a fair price and really strive to deliver a premium experience. When a tech is coming to your house they send you a picture so you know it is safe to let them in. They track their folks electronically so you can see in real time how far away they are to help you schedule your own commitments. The city inspector found a small flaw in the installation and they immediately came out to fix it at no charge. (This is what I would have expected, but there are a lot of companies that would have tried to charge extra.) The products they offer are first rate, although I will admit it was weird when I turned on the heat and couldn't hear it turn on. I had to go to the vent to see it was blowing hot air because it is so quiet! This was an unexpected bonus! Their people are very friendly and really seem to enjoy their job. This makes such a difference because you know if they take pride in their work, they will do good work. I would highly recommend them.
Clark arrived during the prescribed window and gave our system a thorough look over and figured out what was wrong our thermostat and reset it and also found and fixed an intermittent gas leak. Clark is an exemplary employee and shines a bright light on Absolute Heating and Air. I will be recommending Absolute to all my neighbors and friends.

Absolute heating and air was a sub contractor hired by our contractor on our new 4,000 sq foot build out. They failed to changed the filters on the existing system when the construction was done. So we paid to have another HVAC company come out and service that unit. Additionally our 4 back rooms are not cooling, so I have employees and clients in these 80+ degree rooms receiving treatments. This has been an issue since we opened in early July. This is what he (Dave) said to me today, “I’m not sure what this lady thinks but she doesn’t get an overall warranty for not maintenance in her stuff my guess is she hasn’t change the filters in the furnaces since we did the start up on them.” Pretty unprofessional to see this type of response after we’ve already had someone come out and do maintenance. Something is wrong, and his response and excuses I’m not wanting to make it right are a bit frustrating when you’ve spent hundreds of thousands of dollars, taken a risk on opening a new business and have to deal with issues like this on a new build out. My clients and employees have complained about these issues and it’s hurting our brand new business.
I have used Absolute Heating & Air for years now, and I couldn’t be happier. Of all the techs we have had, Sheldon came yesterday and was the best. The customer experience was second to none. Sheldon was able to get our old A/C up and running at a fraction of the cost when two other companies said the unit needed to be replaced. Thank you!

I asked for a quote from the company and they stated it would be an hour meeting to review my home and needs. I thought that was a bit long and they probably had their sales process to go through and agreed. When the person contacted me to schedule the appointment they stated they would need 1-2 hrs. Big red flag when they are already changing the amount of time and not being respectful of mine After stating they just what's to get it right for me and that I had a difficult scenario I was no longer willing to sit through an hour presentation. First off my house is 1800 sft Nothing difficult about it. I let her know i would be happy to get a quote but I am only willing to give them 30 minutes of my time. She immediately responded that I was not a fit for them and to have a nice day. Yeah you're right we are not a fit...

Very friendly, free quote. Simple, easy to understand bids. Itemized upgrades to give you a range of options. I hired them. My situation was somewhat complex, but they still got it knocked out in a day. They showed up a few minutes early, cleaned up after themselves, tried to minimize mess while they were here, very considerate, knowledgeable. Provided recommendations for other services I was in need of. This felt like a very honest, high-quality company. I would highly recommend them to others! Very satisfied.

After speaking to a few people from absolute, I can't get central air right now until fall, even though my swamp cooler is broken now, I have no AC at home, they weren't willing to help me out , guess I'll try someone else. They get 2 stars since they did respond, just not willing to gelp out.
We had Jensen Martinez the tech come to our house. We set up a time slot and he was perfectly on time unlike some other companies where they show up late or never at all. He was clean cut, professional, knowledgeable, very detailed with telling us with what he was doing. He told us information about our systems and as new homeowners we had no idea. He told us what we needed and we didn’t feel pressured to buy but we did exactly like he said as he was honest and reliable. He took his time and left. He was awesome great job Absolute air for hiring upstanding individuals for your company, because of employees like him your company will last forever. Next time we need service we will always go with your company.

Anthony and Dave are the best in the biz. Prompt, courteous, and fair. Anthony goes out of his way to educate you on things you can do on your own to keep things running and in good shape. He’s truly a joy to work with and I can’t recommend him enough. Emergency situations can be stressful but they’re made more bearable with a good team who’s there to help you out. Thanks guys!

I have worked with H&M for 7 years. They are prompt and have always done a great job that,s why we are still in business together. There are lots of companies to work with but when you find someone that is honest and fair and does a great job you sick with them.
