So I called. Thought it was a free estimate to tell me what was wrong with my furnace because that is what is advertised. I called Saturday night. He said they could come out Sunday or Monday. I told him whichever worked best for him. The guy comes out Sunday. After almost an hour I asked how much longer it would be because the kids and I were going pumpkin carving. The guy says he doesn't know and as of right then my bill was $182. I was PISSED. I started how I thought it was a free estimate. Then called the owner who ssid,"what, you that weekend it would be fixed for free?" I said I wanted an estimate on what was wrong. He said diagnostic isn't free. I told them to please leave. He is stated he was putting me on the "no service list ". I told him I would NEVER want his scamming service again. They took apart my electric and switched and still hadn't found anything wrong. They suck and are dishonest. Also, the owner lives right by me but I to pay for the guy he sent to drive from Mukwonago.
Absolute nightmare! Do not purchase a furnace from these guys because you will regret it! I spent almost 10k on a new furnace and AC unit and have had multiple problems with the furnace. Nobody EVER answers the phone and nobody EVER calls you back. The warranty means absolutely nothing when you cant get a single person on the phone. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!
Here is the true meaning of a business that should go a long long way. Excellent work ethics. I am a retired HVAC Electrician and just can't praise them enough. Good price, Extremely knowledgeable, and fast service. They did a complete removal of my 28 year old furnace and a/c and installed a high end modulating furnace and two stage 16 sear a/c with communicating thermostat and outside air makeup at a very reasonable price. This was not a rush install, they spent the day and made sure everything was to my liking and that I was completely satisfied. There was not one thing I needed them to change or do differently. They did a thorough checkout of the system and made sure I knew how to operate everything. You will not be disappointed, just impressed.
Call made to business resulted in quick service. The tech was polite and knew what the problem was immediately.
Not reliable or dependable with return calls. Should have been the first clue. Because the price was good I hired them to install a whole house humidifier and purchased the model they recommended. Tech came out and told me a different model would be better for my requirements. So I called the manufacture and found out he did not know what he was talking about. When I called the company they said the tech said I was the one who told him to stop the install. He never started because he was telling me what model would be better. They are now unwilling to send out a different tech to install the unit and I have to find a company who has qualified techs. Horrible customer service and what a waste of time.

Alex and his crew came out to perform repair work. They were prompt and professional. The work-site was clean and clutter free. The pricing was affordable and high quality work. We are extremely happy with the results and would recommend this company.
Thanks Absolute Comfort! We went with ACS and we're glad we did. The service was swift, thorough, and excellent. The technician (young Alex) patiently explained each step of his search for the problem and, once identifying it, walked me through each step toward the solution. We're are pleased with the results! Although we don't expect having problems with the AC any time soon, we'll definitely call upon ACS if problems arise down the road.
I used Absolute Comfort Services LLC for my annual HVAC system inspections and tune-ups. The serviceman, Alex, was very upfront and honest. The inspection took a couple of hours total time. Alex found a problem with an opening in duct under the furnace unit that has been there for 15 plus years. Alex sealed the opening in the duct. The work was done very professionally and at the agreed upon price.
