This company does not stand behind their work and will not cover equipment under warranty. We had a custom home built last year and Absolute Comfort installed all 3 of our units. From the day we moved in, we have had extremely high humidity in our home (70+%). We recently found MOLD in 2 of the units and in 2 forced air vents. When pressed on the issue, the owner tried to upsell me on an ultraviolet light to kill bacteria, instead of fixing the problem. I guess we are on our own to solve the problem with these brand new units. 👎👎

Was traveling on I40 east on Tuesday 12/1/20 about 410pm when one of their pickups flew past me while I was going 78mph. To make matters worse he was pulling a trailer and cut me off to squeeze through as I was passing a tractor trailer. I’m not sure what employee was driving the pickup but if the recklessness of this driver is any indication of their services, I would stay far away!!
I have been happy with my experiences with the Absolute Comfort Heating & Air Conditioning LLC crew. They have installed new furnaces and air conditioning in two houses for me over the years, and I would definitely recommend them. They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt and friendly.
No call when on way. When tech arrived I missed phone call , tech entered my rental property without speaking with me first. Tech reported to office situation unsafe. Untrue. It's a rooming house with two working men home on their time off. When I called the office to reschedule because I had missed the one phone call to me, the office personnel was extremely rude.

Steve at Absolute Comfort did a great job! He quickly diagnosed and fixed some really complicated problems on our zone HVAC system related to a recent renovation, including adding a return and a larger bypass on the system. After several tries, the prior HVAC company just couldn't seem to get fixed. Our system runs like a champ now. Couldn't be happier! UPDATE 07/19/2019 - Called this morning after AC quit working. Tech came out today and AC unit was fixed and cooling again within 4 hours from my initial call this morning! 5 stars again!
Do not use this company. I had a guy to come out to my house last year and charged me $159 to tell me nothing was wrong with my unit when he saw a pool of water in my floor. He did nothing! Needless to say when I can the office their stuff was very disrespectful and they clearly told me they did not care about my business and to go somewhere else. I purchased my house in 2010 with my builder. I was told by them to contact Absolute Comfort for my warranty and services. This company is a do not use!!!!!
Amazing customer service! My a/c unit stopped blowing cold air, and, of course, it was when my husband was out of town. I called Absolute Comfort who installed our system a few years ago. They had no openings that day, but she told me she would figure something out to get me in. Within a few hours, they were at my house and got the unit fixed in a matter of minutes. Every interaction my husband and I have had with them from installation four years ago to a couple of maintenance issues since, the customer service has been top notch. Thank you, Absolute Comfort!
