Just got a call from ABS today. There was a mix up with me and another customer. They were very apologetic and are making it out tomorrow for my inspection. Very happy with the work that was done previously.

My AC went out overnight, my house was 90 when ABS arrived. I had a diagnosis quickly, and a super quick repair. In addition to the repair, I now have a proactive annual maintenance plan at a very reasonable price, for both! Even the dogs approved and the house is cooling off nicely!

In addition to be professional and on time, Cody and Shawn jumped through hoops to service my particularly difficult A/C unit. They were able to quickly identify the problem to fix it and now my A/C is running better than it ever has. I would highly recommend calling them!

I worked with two technicians, Cody and Shawn. Both were very informative and responsive when I had questions. They even followed up with me a couple days later ask if there was anything else they could help me with. They even showed me how to clean and take care of my outside unit.
