Made an appointment for my furnace to be looked at, he never showed up when he said he would. I called and text got no response. Very unprofessional
I contacted Josh about diagnosing my furnace. He said he could come look right away and would let me know when..... It sounds like the same issues the last reviewer left. I attempted to text and call for 3 days with absolutely no response! I eventually had to call another company for help. Just ridiculous and totally unprofessional!! I have been a landlord for 20+ years and I am amazed companies like this are still in business?? Don't waste your time with this company!! Call someone else!!
Very dissapointed with this company. My husband called and scheduled a furnace inspection with the owner. He never showed up! No phone call to inform us. We attempted to contact him but he chose not to even respond! Rude.
Highly recommend and very professional. Josh asked if I would like him to call and explain repair to my husband which I greatly appreciated. We would recommend Above the Clouds to our family and friends.
Josh came over and looked over my heating system and he reminds me of the business ethics my dad taught me when I worked for him in his business 40 years ago. Such as being honest and treating people with respect . He said "you will earn business via word of mouth and have repeat customers." Thank you Josh your repeat customer!
GREAT SERVICE! My house sits at 9600 feet and nighttime temps around zero. I called and Josh was just down the road and he stopped here in between jobs to fix my boiler. He made the needed repairs, his price was VERY fair, and he was very informative. I am having him come back for all my service and maintenance.
I called and Josh arrived in about an hour. He took care of the issue and couldn't of been more informative. I reccomend using their services 100%. Extremely grateful with the quality of service I received.
Above The Clouds H&C is great! Josh is very knowledgeable about what he does, very fairly priced and very on time. My boiler quit working and he came out the same day to check it out. He had to pick up a part the next morning and came out that day to complete the fix. Highly recommended and will be my go-to company for boiler service in the future. Thanks!

Josh was very polite, professional and informative. Even though the part he ordered didn't come when scheduled (which was out of his control) he was very communicative and waited in Denver for extra time just in case the part would come in later that day. He took time to explain things and answer questions and the experience I had was he was trustworthy and cared to do a good job. My heat now works great!

when my furnace went out on my rental josh took care of it the tenants were not without heat hes helped me out 2 times he showed up the same day and called i would say hes the most reliable heat guy up here call him
I was referred to the owner operator of Above the clouds heating and cooling by Tom the main plumber at CW's Plumbing, and I have to say with all honesty it has been the very best reference I've received in years, actually since moving to Woodland Park over 12 years ago. No.1 Josh,the owner, showed up when he said he would. No.2 He gave my old furnace a healthy going through to see if installing new furnace was going to be neccessary.No.3 Josh spent a good amount of time trying to save my old heating system in order to keep me from having to spend more on a new system. No.4 All that work and time was done at no charge! Plus he left us two very good space heaters until I found a new heater. No.5 He returned promptly after I found a good deal on another furnace which I find extremely honorable due to the fact that he knew me and my wife and my three dogs had no heat. And finally he and his helper did a wonderful job of matching up duct work by fabricating tin on site without having to make return visits to complete the instal. All in all the professionalism experienced by Above the clouds heating and cooling was by far one of the most satisfying Contractors I've used here in Teller County along with CW's Plumbing . I highly recommend their services with confidence that this is their norm and no fluke. Sincerely Mark Whitten and family.

Dude showed up to service the boiler without a mask, claims he has a medical exemption, yet below lies that he offered to wear one. Josh, your response below is entirely untrue and unprofessional. How are you gonna tell me how it went when I was there! He did not ask to borrow a mask, nor did he offer to wear a bandana. My girlfriend was working in the backroom/office the last time he serviced the apartment. Hate when people are selfish and waste my time!!! A real company takes ownership of mistakes instead of making up a story that fits their best interest. The whole process with Clouds has been an unpleasant experience (lack of communication when he said he would reach out, showing up late or not at all the first two times we were scheduled)
